[Resolved] Videocon — Videocon d2h creating problems by their end and charging costumers for resolving same | |||
My videocon d2h cust id is 12825130. its showing E 04-4 (Please insert smart card properly) but channel no.100 is coming properly. I spoke to Mr. Deepak at customer care he was unable to resolve my problem even he did not able to tell that why only channel no100 is coming and others not. He said that enge. needs to visit my place and he will charge Rs. 200/-. But i think this is not my TV/set of box problem but this is satellite problem for which why should I pay. Kindly help me out to resolve this problem ASAP or else i will disconnect this and will take necessary action. Aug 16, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Videocon representative called me but the problem was resolved by the time from company side over satellite itself.
