Vijaya Bank — Missing refund money

Hello, my mother has a saving account at your bank and i operate it. I made payment to paytm a sum of rs.200, 200, 200 and 16 respectively on 17 sept.2015, 17 sept. 2015, 21 sept.2015 and 22 sept.2015 but the payment was failed so they refund all the money on 29th sept. 2015 and 30th sept. 2015 And provide me the arn number of each transaction, Arn number : 30000852615259234274546 Arn number : 30000852615259234275774 Arn number : 30000852655264175320200 Arn number : 30000852665265195413444 But i didn't receive money in my bank account yet.
