[Resolved] Vijaya Bank — net banking, resetting of password | |||||
I am a nre account holder with vijaya bank, padil branch, mangalore - karnataka state, & my nre sb ac: # 10030xxxxxx7380. My netbaning facility is blocked since more than 3 months, and have been requesting the branch\ head office to reset the account. So, far, i have sent 18 (Eighteen reminders) by email, but the branch has no courtesy to even acknowledge my complaint. Even the vijaya bank head office, bangalore has not taken any action up to now. Resetting of password is that complicated, as normally the private banks like icici, kotak take action within a week from request, or they have even user friendly website service, where customers can help themselves, without in the mercy of officers. Very lousy vijaya bank.. Who does not even have the courtesy to acknowledge simple action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
