Viral Deal — order not delivered

I have booked an order for refurbished redmi note 4 with viral deal. I have paid rs.2749 through credit card and company has debited an amt of rs.2749 from my credit card account. My order id is [protected].
A message that your order no (Protected) has been booked with viral deal for a total amount of rs.2749. Do check for additional details. But no mail was received by me.
Further, no details of shipping etc in my order has been sent by viral deal inspite of repeated mails sent to viraldeal. No response from viral deal. Neither order received nor refund. I have also tried to contact customer care no. Provided in their site but phone is not picked.
Sir, i have neither received my order nor any infirmation about my order from viral deal.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange to deliver my order or refund my amt of rs.2749 from viraldeal.
