Sir,
I booked mobile redmi note 4 via internet through from yes bank (Net banking) on dated 18t feb-18 [protected] to viral deal and i got sms that my order no. [protected] when i tried to contact customer care [protected] the number is not responding. Till today, i did not receive redmi note 4 mobile or got refunded my amount back. Kindly look into the matter and deliver the mobile or refund the amount from viraldeal.
