Viral deal is selling refurbished mobile online.I ordered for Redmi note 4 . An amount of Rs 2749 was deducted from my account and after 10 days of continuous follow ups finally call was picked and customer care executive told me that due to some technical error, my order was cancelled and amount will be refunded back. He took my account number and all bank details including Aadhar number and PAN . Again I followed up for 4 days but there was no response.All of a sudden I rece.ived a message from viral deal that my mobile will be delivered in next 5 days via courier. When i received the product, it was totally different from what I ordered.It was a local handset which was ordered from Amazon from Bihar
I will suggest all people not to buy any product from Viral Deal as it is a fraud company .
