I have log couple of complains to them since last month but they are not responding to me. Last they told me you need pay 1000 rs for cable change because it is causing issues which is never mention in any contract. I agree to pay them because they are not refunding my amount.
Still they replay as today we are trying to resolved this.

Since, last one month i have made 100 call to customer care and they are replaying same answer today we will resolved this issue and never transfer call senior.

    Dear sir,

    This is shashank bhavsar, i am using broadband service of vision smartlink networking pvt ltd. - ahmedabad. (Bt_shashank)

    Since[protected] i am continuously facing issue of no service and had been complaining for the same again and again, but all in vein. I understand there can be fluctuation in service, but no service is something i had not paid for.

    Today also i complained about the same but one mr. Bhargav was very rude and arrogant.

    This service provided does not even bother for customer complaint nor for the refund to customer, when they are unable to provide service.

    Around, 5 Days the broadband service of vision smartlink networking pvt ltd is disconnect. I am complaining about it to their customer care executive but they are not resolving my problem. So i assist you to take legal action against them.

      Worst ever...their arguments are ridiculous on not providing their services on point.they are off half of the months.if we ask why they said we were changing the cable since 15days to provide the "best service" to our customers..if we say okay can you extend the validity.. because that's your problem then they said.. first said yes..but when the time came to extend the service the said no..we can't do that but if you take one year plan then will give you extra months free..they have thrown the same plan which is we have talked about before the extending matter..I have said them this is the same plan..you are not extending anything or not compansating in anyway. So they said we are giving you ...these months free I said you are not it's the same as before...after 2, 3 days they came up with new argument saying that was just sales team target to gain the customers..we can't give you that plan..and all those ridiculous argument which are not on point. Lastly I said..any way just write a mail saying that if your internet is off for more than 24hours then will extend your internet plane within the existing plan..till now they didn't call me back..they just want money they don't care about customers and their needs..

      My internet connection not working from last 10 days.
      While engineer came and told me to change cabel which is charged, why i payed for thay i purchased connection 4 months ago. In 4 months cabel will damaged. How poor service provided.
      Please do need full. Really frustrated from this kind of cheaters.

        Since last five days internet connection is not working, i tried multiple time in the call center but no one is responding, even i sent couple of mails to them but still they are not responding.

        When we call to there customer care, they keep telling us to wait for an hour or so, or a false promise of sending their technicians.

          Every alternate day the internet service stops and they do not provide any support for the same. If we complaint at night then they say they will fix the service tomorrow. But the whole day goes waste. Many a times i asked to get the permanent fix for the problem. I even asked them that if this is the thing then take away your connection and give my money back. But they simply deny it saying thats not our policy.

                One of employee come to home for new connection so gave him 7434 rs for 1 year home internet connection on[protected]. After few days i called for connection they said we cant provide you connection so will give your payment back. That was the day and its today they not giving money back and always tell on phonecalls will give you tommorow. I have also contact customer care about this fraud but they said after few hours contact that person so we can finally see whats going on here.

                Even i have another vision smartlink internet working in our company for about 2 years.

                  This company has the worst service and maintenance i've ever seen. Broadband connection disconnects almost every 3 days consistently. There is written proof of the complaints i've made since the last 2-3 months. The issue outline further has triggered me to file this complaint.

                  These people install a connection hub called the onu inside people's house. That customer lives near my house. Due to some reason he is also very frustrated with vision smartlink's service and has decided to power down the hub causing everyone else connected to the hub to be disconnected. I'm one of those 'everyone else'. This is a serious issue as it still surprises me that companies like these violate customer's homes to install their devices and then cause problems. Them doing this has caused a problem to me as well and i want justice against all the problems i'm going through.

                  Regarding my customer id, all i have is my username 'elis_surdhara1'. Please take this complaint forward as i fully intend to see the end of this process.

                    Well my i’d is th_natraj & i m from ahmedabad. It is very disgusting to see that there is continous problem in the internet, it is been going on more than 15 days, well they say always we r working & it will be alright by the time but it is not. Well i feel like my money is wasted, every now & then i hv to call them, get connected through any desk, they say yes it’s a problem but then no solution till now. Now it’s almost 20 days i m suffering don’t knw wht to do? They keep saying it’s been done then sometimes they say they will fix it again but as a customer i am getting piss off. Ucan’t get services in india that’s for sure. Please help me to fix this problem, i want my money back for torturing me with this type of service. Very bad co.!!!

                      Sometimes it shows no internet connection... And sometimes speed is below 128 kbps... Registered complain to company but they keep saying sir from us speed is up plz check your router... The salesman who attended me at the time of connection stop answering my call and not even a single person visited. I was going for gtpl connection but they force us to be with them.

                        I have been using broadband services since last 5 months which is really very pathetic.
                        Now, i am going to move my office from prahlad nager to motera. I had called to customer care and to move my connection to new office. They said, our service is not available there. I said, okay, refund my rest money for my existing plan. They refused for refund my.

                        Never ever go with vision smarlink

                          I have paid 9999/- for 100 mbps unlimited plan on 22-may-2018 but i still got max 12 mbps speed and they do not understand my problem and i am tired calling them and they do not response properly.

                          According to their customer support, they have informed that any type of internet related issue will be solved within next 48 to 72 working hours.

                          Still i need to remind them each day about the issue, but still they are not providing the proper solution.

                          Their service guy entered our terrace forcibly and removed the junction box while the family was away. The internet that was supporting security devices of the house is down and even after repeatedly complaining, there is no action. They are like a bunch of robots who give the same answer. I have attached a screenshot of their ticketing system. It is like a joke.

                            I've given application for the connection shifting since 10 days there is no response to my application. Hence, I want a refund for my remaining period (months). but they said we do not provide a refund. I've contacted the customer care many times but everyone gives the same answer that, your connection will start tomorrow. They are not serious about customer's complaints at all.

                              I and my family members are highly disappointed by the wifi services provided by vision smart link. We have 10mbps data plan for 365 days, and trust me it does not even give 5mbps speed.in addition there servers are often disconnected on daily basis. They keep us waiting for hours and even days in some cases to resolve our technical issues,

                              When we call to there customer care, they keep telling us to wait for an hour or so, or a false promise of sending their technicians.

                              Talking about today's case, i made my first complain at 10:50am and they told me to wait for 1 and half hour to get the issue resolved. It's 3:05 pm right now and i am still waiting for their illusionary technician to come! Also i have made 7 to 8 calls to their customer care.

                              They diverted my call to our area's supervisor named sahabuddin bhai, when i complained about my problem he laughed at me and said the same rotted lines "wait for 1 hour your complain will be solved" i have never seen such disgusted services.

                              I dont know how this complain will help me, but my sole purpose is to warn other peeple who plan to buy their services. Kindly dont trust vision smart link. They provide worst speed and worst customer care services.

                                Dear Sir, greetings!

                                I am Jimit Shah from Ahmedabad.

                                My Customer id is :jimitshah

                                I bought connection from Vision smart link's employee Sanjay Dwiwedi, on 9th Feb 2017, Thursday with following commitment :

                                1. Connection would start before 11th Feb 2017, Saturday anyhow.
                                2. If I am not satisfied with service/connection/speed then company will refund my amount by deduct no.of days used.

                                On above two condition only I was agreed to purchase this connection.

                                None of them were satisfied however. First of all connection was not started by mentioned date. Sanjay Dwiwedi made me to talk with his Senior Santosh Yadav(who claimed sales head position in Vision Smart Link).

                                Santosh Yadav request me to wait for 2 days and he ensured that if there would be any problem after joining, I would get my money back. He himself agreed on these words in our following conversations after connection has issues like Speed/on-off.

                                He introduce some technical person named Vaibhav, who also argued in many way and also tried to convince for continue with connection but still I was facing same issue.

                                Santosh and Vaibhav continuelsy making false promises for refund and I called them so so many times and everytime there is no proper answer for refund from their side.

                                Even Vaibhav many time mentioned that refund is not possible, however he agreed for refund after having words with Santosh, as he told he already made commitment for refund.

                                Still there is no action for refund yet. Before few days Vaibhav told me that refund procedure took time and he would get it done by a week. Today(9th March 2017) it's more than 10-12 days and when I called him for status he started misbehaving and he told me that now refund will take time and no idea how much time it would take.

                                I mean amazing ! This is how they deal with customer! They don't fear of

                                I asked Vaibhav to provide call to higher authority, he asked someone to be on call, named Karan- who started speaking in totally unacceptable manner from the beginning. Even though Karan told me that there won't be any refund and you talk calmly otherwise I would cut the call, I was talking far properly than he did.

                                Karan hanged up my call without listing anything.

                                Vaibhav sent one technical guy named Narendra to check issue and I saw him speed issue when he was checking.

                                It's not a month even and I am facing so many issues and bad behavior from company, so I am wondering what not in coming days!

                                There were commitment from 3 persons from Vision Smart Link for refund. So I definitely need my money back without making any delay.

                                I drafted and sent an email to [protected]@visionsmartlink.com and [protected]@smartlink.com on 9th March 2017. Awaiting for their response but I don't think they would.

                                Sincerely looking for help. Kindly advise.
