First they call you and tell u complete 200 images and send back to us i[censored]r accuracy is more than 70% u will get 66k rupees we will take 12% in that.. And when i sent the work they told me ur work is approved with 96.6% and please pay 1581 rupees for wallet after paying this they told me pay 6419 after that we will add ur salary in ur account after that when i refuse to pay that amount they are telling me they will not give my salary so that i have paid them 6418 after that within 15 minutes you will receive your salary they told me but this person have switched off his phone and not paid my salary and the amount .

Company valo ka kabhi technician aata nahi he. Month me 10 days wifi band raheta he hamara kam pura ruka pada he plz help kare hamari. 4 days se customer care wale aaj hoga esa har bar answer milta he.

There is no network connectivity available from the service provider. Tried restarting the router but still facing no internet issue. Everytime similar issue is being faced. Showing error as DNS server not responding or either internect connectivity is blocked by the service provider.

I have been charged in advance for the internet connection 60mbps plan but have not been receiving even 2 to 5 mbos speed. Twice a week atleast the connection is lost for 5 to 6 hrs. I am losing my work because of work from home and cant connect to internet. If the same continues i will lose job too for non performing.

We have been using this wifi since more than a year now.
And their connectivity is so pathetic that even slight heavy wind or even a breeze stops wifi for 2/3 days.
We were dying to change our wifi company but unfortunately no other wifi works around this area where we stay. Recently we have purchased 14 months pack from vision smartlink again! And still they haven’t been providing good quality connections.
Whenever we register a complaint about wifi not working, they say that there is some wire problem in your area where in monsoon it troubles.

I just want to say, if you have strength to build this big of a company, atleast have some amount of respect for customers and give them services what they deserve for their money!!!
We aren’t paying for 14 months wifi connection to get served only for 6 months !!!
People here are trying to work and study from home and paid you to give them proper connectivity so better get arse to work upon what you are suppose to do.

I have done complaints before 5 days my id is [protected] but always phone is always busy even airtel nd jio high networks are not busy rather than this they commit me to solve the issue on 3 aug evening 7 pm but today is 5 aug and no technician no internet no respond feel like its bogus company

Everyday facing a network connectivity error as "no internet" access and low speed after resolving the issue. As per the current plan, there is less speed of internet available after upgradation.

I have ordered mobile on july 5, i have raised return issue on 5 july but till now i did not get any response from flipkart

I have been a vision smart link customer for almost 4 years. I reneved my plan this january at opted for a 40mbps plan for 14 months. After depositing the money for almost 2 months they gave me 8mbps and after complaining again and aguain they started giving me 30mbps. They keep on shutting down my wifi about 10 days every month. Again from july 1st they decrease my speed to 7mbps. I am tired of calling the customer service again and again as they opens a ticket and never work on them and closes it without even informing me. My speed is still 7mbps. I have sent multiple mails too to the support team but they never get back. Its like they looted me almost 6200 rs and are not providing support to me. Of 40mbps plan they only provide 8 mbps.

I would like to tell ypu one thing that our interner stopped working on monday that it 23rd march and still there was no complete lockdown in ahmedbaad. Still your techinican couldnt make it. So please look into this as i dont know how mnay days this is gonna go on either u solve it or i would need a extension or refund please. Plesse share your manager details as when this gets over i would file a complaint against your company

Network problem. No connectivity.totally broadband not working.

Worst ever... Their arguments are ridiculous on not providing their services on point. They are off half of the months. If we ask why they said we were changing the cable and update their server etc... Since 15days to provide the "best service" to our customers.. If we say okay can you extend the validity.. Because that's your problem then they said.. First said yes.. But when the time came to extend the service the said no.. We can't do that but if you take one year plan then will give you extra months free.. They have thrown the same plan which is we have talked about before the extending matter.. I have said them this is the same plan.. You are not extending anything or not compensating in anyway. So they said we are giving you... These months free i said you are not it's the same as before... After 2, 3 days they came up with new argument saying that was just sales team target to gain the customers.. We can't give you that plan.. And all those ridiculous argument which are not on point. Lastly i said.. Any way just write a mail saying that if your internet is off for more than 24 hours then will extend your internet plane within the existing plan.. Till now they didn't call me back.. They just want money they don't care about customers and their needs..

When internet shuts thay never solve problem within 2-3 days, when you call to customer care thay tells the same line that "i can update your complain and it will be solved by evening" than you call in the even for the same thay tells now your problem will resolve tomorrow. I called them every 1 hour prior thay never solve your problem quickly.
Also thay don't even adjust your plan or not gives refund.

Speed issue was reported 15 days ago. They are not in position to improve speed. No senior person available at there office. When we strongly request than they keep us waiting for an hour. Every time we call at call centre, they inform us that technician are not available. They take full annual rent and then we need to follow them. Call is pathetic and harss when we call
