Vistara Air Lines — cancellation of vistara flight ticket without customer knowledge | |
Sir/Mam, I booked flight ticket from Srinagar to Nagpur via Delhi on Dt. 09.12.2017 through VISTARA (PNR No. WEOZWA) from Srinagar to Delhi on dt 30.12.2017 and then connecting Air India (PNR No. ZoGF2) from Delhi to Nagpur on dt 31.12.2017 early morning. As per flight schedule i reached the Srinagar airport in time and clear my security check at VISTARA. But i am denied for boarding pass as my ticket was found cancelled. it was surprise to me because i have not cancelled any ticket. I approached the VISTARA help line at Srinagar but unable to board the flight as there is no seat available on the flight. As per their suggestion i booked complain VISTARA customer care (Complain No. TCT[protected] Dt. 30.12.2017) and booked a flight on Indigo(PNR No. HDWM2T) on emergency at higher Cost Rs. 8489.00 due to the negligence of VISTARA. After that i have been approaching VISTARA customer care and nodal officer constantly through telecon & mail ID to resolve my case and bear a monetary loss of Rs.15000.00 appox (Indigo tkt price Rs. 8489.00 + vistara tkt price Rs.4490.00) over and above of mental and physical harassment. Steel my case is pending and vistara is not attending me. Please look the matter seriously. Was this information helpful? | |
