Vistara Airlines — same pnr issued for two different passengers

It was extremely worst experience to choose vistara airlines to travel. I have to re-highlight and escalate this blunder technical fault which has completely changed my opinion about vistara.

Incidence 1 : with a valid ticket and original id proof, a passenger has been deboarded from flight uk753 (Delhi to ranchi). Pnr-k6xgmt 5thdec'19 5.40 pm and the reason vistara staff has given me that my ticket has been cancelled by agent from where i have booked it.
I have to mention : vistara ground staff at delhi are very rude and insensible, first they have disrespected me, then argued and misbehaved with me. After all this, just at the entry gate of flight, i have requested senior staffs (Jitendra & others) to allow me to board with a new ticket, i will pay for it now then further handle this technical issue but they have strictly denied ☹
Later on i have checked with paytm from where i have done booking and also verified with vistara helpline support executive too, they have confirmed that i am the correct passenger to travel, who had to suffer this much.
But vistara counter staff at airport are literally dumb (Senior ground staff – bheem singh & others), they have kept on convincing me that my booking has been cancelled by my travel agent i. E. Paytm. But still, at counter i have requested them to give me in written that my flight has been cancelled by paytm, and vistara is not responsible for any fault but again they have denied for that too.

Unfortunately that was the last flight to ranchi and i have missed my important client meeting.

I have waited in front of vistara counter for 10 hours for instant action, but no response/communication from them even after escalating the matter to head of ground staff.

Still some questions are roaming in mind of all of my relatives, colleagues and friends
— is this the way a customer supposed to be treated by vistara?
— what about the vistara airline security?
— how can two different passengers boards the flight with same pnr?
— how come a passenger has been forced to deboard the flight after occupying his seat, without any digital or written acknowledgment?

Incidence 2 : after all this trauma, i have booked another flight on 6thdec’19 morning and reached ranchi, now when i was coming back from ranchi to delhi with same pnr - k6xgmt on 8th dec’19 uk754. Again i have got stuck in the same scenario, when i have reached to get my boarding pass, the vistara staff at counter told me that your boarding pass has been already issued to other passenger with same name. Then i was completely fed up and disappointed, but still having patience i have explained them my complete scenario with last trip details while from delhi to ranchi with same pnr. Then they have investigated each and every detail of passenger thoroughly and found me as a valid passenger and then that day, the other person has been deboarded with luggage after lot of argument and discussion.

Here the other major thing to be highlighted is, a person named vinod kumar was having the same pnr as mine, i have got this much trouble because both of the time in my round trip, he has checked-in earlier than me.

So overall, its was my worst travelling experience in my entire life, exactly a nightmare.

Even after lodging complain, there is no action from vistara & paytm yet even after three weeks of incidence occurrence and complaint lodged. Both of them are blaming each other. Pfa airline ticket.

Now what i want is, compensation and flight charges as i had huge loss of 1 lakh that day.
