Vistara — no booking of ticket even after the amount from account has been deducted

Through airvistara web portal, i booked a ticket from ranchi to bengaluru for dated 08.01.2018 in the name of karan surya. I made my payment using paytm wallet. My bank account as well as paytm account is debited for rs. 5739- but the ticket didn't got booked. I got a mail from [protected]@ccavenue.com
Suggesting me to contact airvistara directly. Details of order mentioned in the mail are as under:

Order number : [protected] dated : 2017 rs.: 5739

Please either book my ticket or refund my amount so that i can book another ticket.
