Iam a Air Vistara club member, my ID[protected].
I had a very bad experience with Air Vistara, While flying to Canada via Paris due to their staff incompetence, misguidance and Air Vistara non updation of mandatory flying requirements on their website. After issuing boarding passes for Chennai - Delhi - Paris, I was refused boarding to Paris, due to which I also lost my connecting Air Canada booking and hotel bookings money too.
But after all this, Air Vistara is not refunding my second leg Delhi - Paris ticket money, stating no show, in reality, it was refusal of boarding.
Irrespective of so many email reminders to top management, no action has been taken, only action taken is black listing my email and deleting my PNR 5YKIWN history.
Also feel very sad, about the way they are addressing the issue through Lakshay Jain, who is totally trying to manipulate the situation, covering up his staff mistakes and inability.
On my last 2 calls with Air Vistara Tele customer care staff, I was told I am entitled to get a refund of around INR 8000, plus no show charges INR 12, 000, as I was refused boarding by Air Vistara, not on no show.grounds. Boarding refused due to air bubble agreement is already updated in the system, upon my request to DEL ground staff and shift incharge, the tele customer support conversation is a only standing proof on the entire issue, prior to buying a ticket, until refusal of boarding DEL to CDG on 18/12/2021.
I want swift action taken and my refund issued at the earliest.
Hope, this does not happen to any of Air Vistara customers.

I am to inform you that I had booked Vistara flight on 19/12/2021 through ZAP Booking(through online payment) to board the flight on 3/1/2022 from Bagdogra to Dibrugarh, However I am to apprise you that my Vistara flight from Bagdogra to Dibrugarh got cancelled due to bad weather on 3/1/2022.Flight details are as under:

Immediately after the flight got cancelled I went to booking counter at Bagdogra Airport and they have told that all required formalities/remarks had been done and the amount shall be refunded by ZAP booking as I have booked the ticket through them.
. But I am constrained to intimate you that till writing this mail the ZAP booking has not refunded the money after completion of 15 days. I have mailed to them several times at [protected]@zapbooking.com their official email ID and had tried to call at [protected] but it all went futile. Neither they are responding to my calls nor answering my emails.
In this regard, being highly renowned and respected Airlines throughout the world, I request your authority to taker up the matter with the ZAP booking and direct them to refund my amount for cancelled ticket. I understand that your office has done its part and had made necessary remarks against my cancelled ticket and its upto the ZAP booking office to return the money but since the ZAP bookings are dealing with flight booking of your Airlines, so I hope you will initiate appropriate action so that the credibility of online flight booking through such bookings apps are not tarnished.
