I'm a student of 4th sem, from the oxford college of engineering, bommanahalli, bangalore. On the date 27/05/2019, microprocessor and microcontroller laboratory externals was held, during which the lab did not contain properly working systems. They had no stepper motor component. I was given the same stepper motor program (Program number 10 as per manual). I had not been given a hardware runnable system, as well as there was no stepper motor in the lab.. Even then, the internal took away my booklet before the given time (From 11:30 to 2:30). My booklet was taken by 2:15 and was written as "no output seen" on my booklet by the internal staff.
I had no error in my code which they asked me to type in a software compatible system.
On questioning this to our respective hod, the internal staff was called and they told me marks would be awarded.. Later, the lab attender informed me about the internal faculty, that she told the external faculty that i (The student who raised a complaint) will be failed by her choice and she is ready to face the consequences.
I had got the output for the given software program and the internal faculty has verified it and mentioned as "output verified" on my booklet.

In this case, if i am being failed even after getting the output for software program, and by not giving the hardware component required and still wrote output not seen, the faculty has grudge on me as i gave complaint to the respective hod and told she's going to fail me. (Informer:lab attender of ise lab)
My hod has complete knowledge of my performance in the external lab and also about me getting output for the software program and no hardware component was given to me.

I am not the only victim as even few other batch mates were not given hardware system to execute their programs. (Due to lack of components and working systems in the lab)

I request you to provide me with a solution for this problem i've faced and help me to get justice.

By mistake i have applied for extra two subjects which are not in our syllabus those are 17cph49 and 17kkm49 so kindly consider review my problem and re issue my hall ticket sir i have 17cph39 and 17kkk49 which are in my syllabus are having same timing same date to that of my mistaken sub mentioned above and i can attend only one exam because both are parallel and my usn is 4sm17ec047

As i'm in first year b. E (Mechanical) i'm not able to complete the course so i want to leave the coarse midway but my college ask me to fill all 4 years fee, its not an vtu rule to fill the 4 years fee then why can i fill the fee, institution order me to fill the full fee approximately it will be around 2 lacks, as i'm from an middle class family, my father cannot afford the money and also i joined the college through an government quota. I feel very uncomfortable with my present coarse and locality so i want to leave the coarse and join an new coarse, so please help me to overcome this problem and i request you to get my documents without paying anything, hope you solve my problem soon

My name is austin i have written my 7th sem exam under the new scheme.
I have got all the proofs of the admission, hall ticket etc. After writing the exam the results were not announced after this i have been wandering between college and belgaum without getting any proper response

I had started my be course on the earlier scheme last year due to health constraints i had to take a year break after my 3rd year.
During my admission back i got admission to 7th sem in new scheme.

I have been told there will be a meeting and my case would be decided. This is happening from more than 2+months now.

8th & 7th sem exams are about to begin. But i have not been allowed to pay the exam fee for either 7th send in old scheme nor 8th send of new scheme.

It is very frustrating as i don't know what to prepare for 7th sem or 8th sem. How long does it take for this decision to be made my whole career is online. I do not want to get into blame game.
All i am looking for is a quick resolution as for me the time is running out.

After taking the admission fee, exam fee, sending hall ticket for the subjects in new scheme, is it correct not to announce my result and then telling me it is because of the change in scheme my usn us invalid in this scheme.

I have been to belgaum several times now and all the response i get is wait for the meeting and the decision.

Studying in vijaya vittala institute of technology,
I have been a very bright student throughout my career, i have passed my 10th and 12th from mumbai and then i wanted to persue engineering so i took admission in vijaya vittala institute of technology in bangalore under vtu.
I joined the vtu in 2012, i have been through a lot of turmoil and emotional challenges after joining the course, but still i managed and somehow i wanted to complete the course for my bright future and new life.
When i was in 3rd year, my father was diagnosed with cancer and being the only earning member in family, many aspects of our life and family was disturbed,
In 7th semester my father got expired, and i had exams as well,
I came to college after some months due to all responsibilities,
I had already informed some of my friends to inform teachers for not being in college for long,

It was 7th semester exams, my hod was not giving me examination ticket,

I explained to him that please try to understand, but at the end they allowed me to sit in exams but they gave me zero marks in all internal exams of 7th semester. I. E now i have to score 50/100 in external paper,

Professors have taken advantage of the rule that internal marks cannot be changed once submitted,
I had no option. But to give exam and go back to mumbai to support my family in hard times,

At present in 2019,
I have cleared all the exams of my course except 1 paper of mechanical vibrations in 7th sem.
I have tried 5-6 attempts and failed everytime due to hard syllabus and no internal marks, scoring 50/100 in mv is next to possible.

I have give my 7 years to this university, until now all my efforts are in vain, my career is destroyed, and i have been through a lot of emotional turmoil in the course due to all this,
If i don't get degree after investing so many years and due to one paper, i have no option but to commit suicide or give up on myself as i am helpless right now.
I hope that i get some good guidance from here.

I have applied for duplicate marks card one month ago and made a payment provided all the documents required.
Still not received any response from vtu.
I am ashamed i have studied from this type of arrogant university.

I am from impact college of engineering, we got our marks cards in this month in that marks card we noticed that father name is printed as wrong it's college fault or vtu fault we don't know but in middle of these people we are loosing money simply and we spoked to college principal also he told name correction date also overed we can't do anything even they will not announce any matters to students i[censored]niversity send circulars to college even lic committee also waste they will not check the college properly

I l shashikumar (Usn 1vi05me022) had requested to courier my attested marks cards and degree certificate to wes canada on 22nd feb, 2019. However it has been 16days and my documents have still not reached wes canada.
Upon enquiry they have given me a tracking no. Ek[protected]in, but when i tracked this no. It shows that the documents are still in ballari ho from 2nd march.
I request you to kindly resolve this issue immediately.

Recently i had applied for an official transcript o[censored]nder graduation. Vtu has processed my application and sent a transcript to wes canada. However, i received an email from wes saying that the document is not acceptable because it came in an open envelope. When i called vtu registrar office and enquired about the issue, the lady was so casual and asked me to reapply for the transcript. The lady further said that what shall we do if something went wrong during transportation? My precise question is that, nothing has happened when i sent and other universities sent my other documents and why it happened in the case of vtu. I suspect that vtu officials are so casual and irresponsible to handle these documents and send them in a required format and condition.

Dear sir i'm abhilash 2018 pass out student.
When i'm in 8sem then only i'm applied for convocation certificate to visvesvaraya technological university belgaum by paying respective 650 ₹. Now 6-7 months are completed still i didn't received any convocation form.
In that application even i mentioned address to post.
What happened don't know when i get convocation certificate please help me
I'm 2014 batch student pass out 2018.

Examination held on 14th jan 2019 that is 8051 microcontroller (15ec563)
In the above mentioned subject the 3rd module questions are asked in the module 4
And the 4th module questions are asked in module 5
This highly mistaken by the paper setter because the each module is reserved for its sylabals so the questions should ask under the module in each module... The other module questions couldn't ask the questions in some other module it's against the law and absolutely wrong.. So please provide the grace marks for question no. 7a, 7b &7c and 9b, 9c

According to vtu circular we are supposed to internship in any industry but our college is forcing us to pay 8000 and do internship at college, we have already finished our internship at reputed industries and dr. H s siddesh hod of mechanical department, acs college of engineering is forcing us to pay 8000 even if we don't want to attend...
Please save us from this

Please take further actions. We students read as per the module options. But the module options were mixed up. It's a mental torture to read whole syllabus. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
We really need to pass the exams please don't do this. Please do not nix up the options in the modules. We have a life too. Please.

Myself a female student studying as computerscience engineering department from impact college of engineering and applied science, kodigehalli, sahakara nagar south, bengaluru karnataka, india.
Would like to raise a complaint on the dean of the engineering department for mental harassment to the students during the checking the semister.
The dean of the college uses very innapropriate language on the students in the name of checking for any sort of copying materials. He uses it to both boys and girls exactlty 10-15 minutes earlier which has a huge mental effect of the students as we usually be stressed and worried for the exam.

On the 24th of december he used innapropriate words to me in presence of all other fellow students present for the exam and the invegilator. Accusing me of malpractice even though he doesn't have any evident proff of myself indulging in malpractice. He also mentioned he will have to fix cameras into my clothes. Which was very humiliating and depressing. I couldn't concentrate on my exam. After this incident i was being bullied in the parking lot by the students who heard this in the classroom. This is the 4th consecutive semister of him mental harrasing alot of students including me.
There are cctvs fixed in every classroom please check the cctv for further proff.
I request you to take nesicary action against the dean of the engineering department

I'm an ex vtu student, who is awaiting for my migration certificate as i have started pursuing a new career and the college has asked for migration certificate, i had applied it on 13th october and its been 2 months now and yet my current college hasn't received the document yet, it generally takes about 45 days according to the process.
I called the vtu migration board repeatedly to know the tracking id of my post, yet they ask me to call after half an hour, which i do later and yet i get the same replies, i've been trying hard to connect with them, what i understand is they keep the landline handsfree after a certain time and when i try to call them up, all i get is a busy tone.

Please look into this on priority as this migration certificate delay would affect my current exams to occur.

I applied for migration certificate dated 5/11/2018 paid the fees and sent through post to vtu belgaum. It says that they are going to send directly to the university which i am pursuing studies currently. I enquired with the admin department and they said that they haven't received the copy. I'm chaithra s (1pn12ec003) pnsit student batch 2012. I'm otes student. My 7th and 8th sem ia marks are not sent to the vtu by pnsit.. And i paid my annual fees also but i have to attend my 7th and 8th sem exam in dbit. Dbit telling now again to pay annual fees. Without solving my problem pnsit just closed the college. Now frequently i asking the college authorities to help but they are not listening my problem also. Pnsit secretary mr shreenivas telling that we didn't uploaded anything but he's saying that they sended all documents to vtu belgaum. Even i visited vtu bangalore region, there one of the examination section person told me that to attend the exam first and check the results whether they uploaded or not by the vtu belaguam then get to know is your ia marks are included or not.. So i am in dilemma please take some action are procedures to be done sir.. Totally i'm hopeless and fed up with this problem...

And i have paid the convocation fee at beginning only will i get the convocation in 2019 or should i need to pay another time for convocation. Please inform me as soon as possible

I have applied for transcripts almost more than a month ago. I still havent received it. Whom can i contact for this?

I am beginning to apply for universities for my higher studies and i wont be able to without transcripts. Kindly help. Any suggestion on whom i can contact would be helpful. Keeping the time in mind, i have applied for transcripts as early as possible, but now i am struck without any confirmation. No sms/mail updates anything.
How do i contact them atleast for a status update

I am a student of vtu affiliated college.
I have applied for re-evaluation for the last two semesters and i have been awarded by 10 and 12 marks respectively.
But i didn't get the amount back.
It's a very bad habit of vtu of reevaluation scam.
Unnecessarily there are reducing the marks, so that the fellow students can apply for it.
