I'm a student from bachelors of architecture and my exam on 20th december 2019 got postponed. Rescheduling dates are still not out. Me staying out of bangalore have already booked my tickets so please dont let us shell us so much money and kindly consider outsiders and reschedule before the 1st of january 2020. It is very difficult for us to cancel and book again. Our tickets are very expensive. You need to really consider this problem and find a permanent solution for us. I hope this is gone through the respective head and solved as soon as possible.

I have completed my engineering in mechanical branch in malnad college of engineering which is located in hassan karnataka.
To get a degree i have to complete 200 credits as per the college rules and i have completed the 200 credits as well. Actaully im the 2014 batch student and i left college in 3rd sem due to health issues and again after 1 year i rejoined for 4th with 2015 batch student as i had already completed my 3rd sem. But there was a syllabus change when i rejoined for 4th semester, so machine drawing subject was shifted to 3rd sem as a new syllabus but as i rejoined for 4th sem i wasnt able to complete the subject but i tuk one extra subject with the same credit and completed it and i completed my 200 credits which is required for getting a degree but our mechanical hod refused to give me a degree just because i dint complete the machine drawing and i had enquired about the same with him but he never responded n now im with no degree even after completing 200 credits so i request you to help me to get me my degree.

I'm a 7 sem ece student at tontadarya college of engineering gadag. Today i had vlsi lab (15ecl77) final practical examination, the external (I don't know his name) who was assigned for us was vary cruel and the language which he used was really condemnable. He was less punctual and he conducted viva voce by 1 hour delay, because he was extremely busy in his mobile. He asked me whether i got placed in any company so i replied with "yes" (Because i'm placed). He shamed me how did i got placed, which is none of his business to ask and to others also he shamed in vary severe manner. Many are laughing at me. Yes i got hurt. he himself was not knowledgeable person. University and faculty members expect punctuality and discipline from us then we also expect same thing in return.
Please take necessary action against the above mentioned external examiner.

On 23 october 2019 provisional results of ph. D. Course work of may-june 2019 were declared. I am failed in 1 subject and passed in 3 subjects. I am failed in experimental techniques (16mtr254) from mechanical engineering group 2. My usn no. Is 18gipme02 and research center is kls gogte institute of technology, belagavi. My guide is dr. J. K. Kittur.
On 24 may 2019 i was gave a course work examination of ph. D. Mechanical engineering at vtu, belagavi. A course was experimental techniques (16mtr254) from group 2. Out of 10 questions 6 questions are out of syllabus in that exam.
I meet dr. Satish annigeri sir (Registrar evaluation) and dr. Huballi sir (Ph d coordinator) to change my result on 5th november 2019. But they told me that if once result are declared, it can't be changed. They are bound by rule.
But if out of 10 questions, 6 questions are out of syllabus, then how can i pass in that exam? And already i was informed to dr. Chandrashekhar sir (On 26 may 2019 and on 30 july 2019) regarding the same issue. But still my result declared as failed in that exam.
Rules are implemented for simplicity in procedure not to harm students carrier. Because i am failed in 1 course work, facing some major problems:
1. As per rule, only 2 attempts are provided for 1 course work passing. So, another attempts become do or die for me.
2. I require another 6 months for completion of course work. Further activities are also affected and extended due to this result.
3. It is hamper my academic carrier.
I don't want photocopy or revaluation of paper. But at least declare my result as passed. I dont want to face above mentioned problem.
Please change my result and give justice to me.
I am also giving you details of procedure followed by me:
As per directives from senior supervisor/ invigilator i was already submitting written application to dr. Chandrashekhar sir (Exam section, vtu, belagavi) on 26 may 2019 and also send a mail on 10 june 2019 regarding this issue to registrar evaluation ([protected]@vtu.ac.in). I am attaching photocopy of letter given to dr. Chandrashekhar sir. On 30july 2019, i am contacting dr chandrashekhar sir in vtu regarding the same issue but he told me that letter is forwarded to concerned department.
Details of out of syllabus questions are given below. So, it becomes very difficult to solve the question paper.

I habe submitted my application for vtu transcript on 19th october 2019 and it has been over a month and i still haven't got my transcript. My friends who submitted on the same day for the same transcript have got it weeks before today. I have called every helpline number there is on the website no one receives the call. I have visited the vtu reginal office bangalore multiple times they say the transcripts have been sent from belagavi and they don't know where it is. Even a 100 rupees toothbrush i order online can be tracked, bit the transcripts that i ordered and payed about 3000 rupees for in total has zero means to trach and no one is accountable for it. People don't just apply for transcripts, they apply for it when they have are going for higher studies and if their own university delays giving them their own transcripts which they have payed in excess excess. I should apply for my higher studies and the deadlines are nearing and i'm still waiting for my transcripts. This is highly unacceptable

Myself Dhanraj I have done well in lab exam but still chemistry lab has failed so I got 5 backlogs including lab so that college has wasting my 1 year of[protected] please give me justice so I can able to attend 2nd year invigilator who came at lab exam he told that good job go on so please reconsider my lab exam paper and correct once again thank you

Iam a enineering student under cbcs, who got an yearback because of the subject called cph. This subject was an audit course until 2015-16 scheme but it was made into a credit course for th 2017-18 scheme which a very few students had known.
Even in the media/news it was told that the kannada is the only subject which was changed into a credit course from an audit course.
I came to know that many students under 2017-18 have got an yearback due to this unknown issue about the cph.
Students do not want to sit at home for an year due to failing in a subject which is not even related to the engineering.
Students are hoping vtu to do something about this issue immediately so that they could continue going to their real classroom without wasting an year.
We hope vtu would help us with this issue.

Hi team,
I'm mahtab here (Usn -1bo15me049) from brindavan college of engineering, i have applied for revaluation of my papers. But i haven't found any changes in revaluation. I'm damn sure my content in basic thermodynamics, applied thermodynamics, design of machine element 1 was worth enough to get passed in exams.
In basic thermodynamics i have attempted question no. (7a) but in photo copy it is showing as na (Not attempted), in one another question (4a) i have answered correctly according to text book but got only 1 mark out of 4 marks, and just because of 3 marks i getting year back now.
Some mistake has happened by your team. I request you guys to consider for rechecking of the papers. By your little effort my future will get secured. I m very much in need of your help sir, please help me...
Sir whatever the result maybe please reply me as soon as possible...
If in any case is there is any other procedure for this scenario, please let me know those steps, so that i can do further preparation for it.

Dear sir,

I am a former be (Information science & engineering), vtu student and i am currently enrolled in university of illinois - urbana champaign (Uiuc), usa for pursuing masters degree in computer science.
On 17/08/2019, i submitted an application at the registrar's office through speed post for my official be degree transcripts to be delivered to uiuc because it is a mandatory document for permanent admission in the university. Uiuc reached out to me today that they have not received my official transcripts from vtu, so they are blocking my admission decision.

I have made sbi online payment of rs 2300. I sent following documents for this request through speed post (Tracking id - ej[protected]in):
1. Application form
2. Letter to registrar
3. Sbi payment receipt
4. Uiuc offer letter

I have sent a copy of all the above documents on vtu emails for checking status and also tried reaching out phone numbers. I have not received any response and i am not able to connect on phone. The phone operators pick up phone and say hello then hang up every time.
Request you to please look urgently in this matter and let me know the status of my request so that i can update my university and continue my higher education.

I have applied for transcripts on 3rd sep 2019. On tracking sakala status it says approved on 9th sep but has not reached wes yet. Its been 20 days. Plus i am not able to reach these busies people in the world. No body is receiving calls on 15 extensions. I have been trying to reach them from 2 weeks. Bangalore office is worst. They have a pre recorded tone saying we haven't paid bills so cant make a call. My visa process is struck because of this. Please give me the tracking number of the parcel. I have to know where it has reached. Or has it been dispatched or not yet?

To apply for provisional certificate, i have paid ₹400 to vtu (Transaction id:duc0486908. But i didn't received my payment receipt via email. Without that i can't apply for my certificate. I need the receipt attached with application to post to vtu belgaum. So i made a call to vtu exam center. But they not giving a good reply.
I need the amount return to my bank account as soon as possible.

Myself syed ihtesham i was not aware of this kannada subject i thought this is mandatory sub i have taken it so lite.. Not only me everyone studying in this scheme don't know about this
While addmission to 3rd year i have came to know about this that it also effect for eligibility.
Till that no one inform us not university nor in college about that kanada also carry 1 credit and its affected for eligibility..
When i was in 2015 scheme i have given cph exam at that time it was not a credit sub when i switched to 2017 scheme it's suddenly become a 1 credit sub how can someone be though that kannada and cph sub also effect for eligibility
I request you to please don't take this kannada sub as a core sub it's have to be a mandatory sub
For this kannada sub i don't want to loss my eligibility

I have already applied for the migration certificate, but still now i have not recieved the college copy. I have been asking my college they are only replying vtu will directly send to the university where i took admission. Now i have changed the university for which i applied migration and i dont know how to get back the migration certificate. I mailed to the registrar of vtu, but still know i didnot get any reply. I dont know why vtu doesnot give migration certificate in the hand of the students. My student roll no is : 2gi08mca06

We 2ladies has booked the bus from velankanni to bangalore for 8tj september 19, our bus timing was at 6:15 and we dint receive any message from bus operator regarding the borading point and bus number we have tried reaching the customer care number and the number was switched off. As a girls in unknown place we have struggled a lot without knowing whom to contact or where to go we have waited near mgm more than 2hours.

Really worst experience especially the way they treating their customer

I am studying in such a worst college, the faculties are so worst they don't know anything, and if we complain to change the faculties, they clearly threaten us of not giving marks, and render the students helpless. Why is this so? Is it that there is nobody to help us out. My college is not ready to help the students in anything. For the first time in my life i've seen a college that wants it's students to suffer and fail. What joy they'll get in this??

Are they even worth to be called as teachers? Because a teacher is like our guide who wants his students to grow, learn but here they're just interested in making money and threaten students of not giving marks.
Please help if humanity is still alive.

I had applied for reval and answer script of my paper in 8th sem. I have never came into the radar of failing and neither was to be in 8th sem. What i found was my paper was wrongly corrected while my answer where correct by vtu team
When i applied for reval there was no change in marks and it was clear that paper was not revaled and have been seen. Since my question was't awarded marks and that had to be donein reval they took the money and din't did anything

I sent photo copy of degree certificate, marks sheet along with official transcript form and money paid slip (Rs 2000) to vtu evaluation resistor office belgium karnataka to sent the official transcript to wes canada. Vtu should send transcript of marks and degree certificate but vtu sent only marks sheet to wes canada. So my humble request to vtu to send degree certificate to wes canada as soon as possible.

I'm prithvi raj joined vtu based college bearing usn 1mj17is038, got year back, even after trying in exams for one year couldn't make it so, decided to move out of college, but the college is asking money for original marks card return, and they are taking so many days time and not returning my documents

This is regarding vtu year back's system. Since education is the only thing which will take any student to any level. And if this education will not b der, what about the life of students? Acs college of engineering, here one stydent did suicide just because of year back! Every year vtu fails many number of students. No one can recognise any student by their failures. Here, many students r der who came from outside karnataka just to complete a degree so called engineering and u peoples r not letting the students to complete it. First of all so strict paper corrections and after all year back. Please do something for it. Education beautifies the life of student but please don't let the education to ruin life of student by failing them and giving them a year back! Non karnataka students r already spending more than 4l every year just for college studies excluding reservations for holidays, poclet money and all! And after sitting for some year after year back, how much money got wasted! Please review it
