Hello viveks team, Am writing this mail with full of frustration about your services… I have purchased bosch wm & wak201601n washing machine @ viveks, mugalivakkam ware house sales on 26th march but still now i have not received my product yet (Past 10 days), i have contact your customer care number #[protected] for the past 8 days with total calls of 20 times.. What the hell services that you have i don’t know.. They keep on telling false promise day by day.. I never see this kind of response in my life.. We regret the inconvenience. As informed by the team, the issue has been looked into and the product would be delivered at the earliest. We are trying our best to have the same delivered as early as possible. We were awaiting approvals from Bajaj Finance and hence the delay.
