Viveks India — Pending : tv stabilizer delivery, tv installation, dtv installation

I have purchased a tv and stabilizer by order number :
Order numer soj16_00319337 from viveks expo conducted in the first week of the month of april.

1. I have not received the stabilizer yet after multiple complaints
2. No one has turned upto to install the tv
3. This tv has setupbox as inbuilt add on, for which airtel dtv setup was provided as offer. No one has turned yet for this also.

Please expedite this
