Viveks India — voltas ac 1.5 ton - newly purchased from vivek & co - not working properly after installation | |||||
I purchased a voltas 1.5 ton ac from vivek&co on[protected]. Then for installation 2 persons came from viveks and installed the outdoor and indoor units. After their installation, the ac cooling was good. From the next day onwards the ac cooling was very low. So, i called the viveks technicians and asked the reason. They said there was some oil leakage and this was due to improper installation done by the technicians at the beginning. After that i got a call from vivek's and they told they could repair it for free. But my request is to replace the old outdoor unit, with a new outdoor unit. Because the ac got damaged due to the improper installation done by the executives. Kindly take the necessary action and replace the old outdoor unit with a new outdoor unit.
