The said AC was purchased from you and the same were installed on16/4/2015 by Mechanic of volt as Mr.T.Prabu, mob.no.[protected]. He was suppose to come on the next day to show the full demonstration as the same were installed very late on that date. Moreover he has taken 2 Remottes of other our rooms of Elgee without our knowledge. We have phoned him several times but he failed to come for demo and returning our remotes.
