[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — complaint for vivo

Have purchased a vivo y69 0n 30th september 2017 under bill no dla[protected] from croma goregaon oberoi.
1.. Mobile was giving constent problem of call drop and connectivity and not receiving call. On visit at croma we are advice on counter to show mobile to service provider.
2.. We have given to service provider who advices to change sim card which we have done from vodafone galary. They formatted and install new software.
3.. On online complaint with toll free as per guidance we have once again change 4g sim card.
4.. Once again we have given mobile on 12feb to croma, mobile was return with jobsheet under remark no fault. Once again mobile is formatted and new software installed during repairs.
5... As problem persist we have no option but to bye new mobile which we have purchased from croma in feb 2018. Samsung make.
6... As per advice of customer support we again inserted new sim number [protected] in vivo but problems continue on new number.
7... On 24rd feb once again vivo mobile given to croma under mom230218ws00093.
We hearby call upon to replace faulty mobile sold by croma and vivo. We have no option to approaches to appropriate authority including consumer forum. Copy of this e mail forwarded to consumer forum for necessary relief and action
