I ordered a set of Harry Potter on vlebazar. And paid the money as there is no COD option. After the order I searched about the website and found that the website is fake and totally fraud. Then I go to the website to cancel the order but there is no cancellation option. Then I called the customer service(after 1 hour continuous try) and they said they will cancel the order and they will refund the amount within 72 hrs. And I called once again to confirm about the refund but this time one customer care person(named Shubham) said that your money will be refunded within 7-10 days. But my money is not received yet. Please help me.

    I had made a purchase order on vlebazaar.com on 09/01/22 for a Pierre Cardin Magic Ball Pen with prepaid Rs. 89/- from Credit Card vide their Order ID NO. 1296421, but till today they had not delivered my product, nor showed any update about the delivery time or not refunded the prepaid money. Kindly do the needful, as it seems it is doing their business with fraudulent activities.

      The product is not working. I raised a return request and they have taken back the product. As I contact over phone (customer care), they confirmed as received the product on 12th Jan 2022 and refund initiated and will be credited to my account in 2 to 3 days. Even after 2 weeks, I have not received the amount in my account. Getting customer care call itself long queue, and they disconnect when I ask clarifications. It is too bad and never experienced earlier like this. Awaiting positive response to refund the amount ASAP.

                  I had ordered online on 08/01/2022. My order Id is #1309832.

                  I received the order on 13/01/2022 in the afternoon around 1 pm. I ordered skull candy riff Headphones, and have received skull candy earphones. The condition of the delivered product is also so bad that I have not even opened the box. Have been trying for 5 days for a refund and return. Nobody is helping me. All they say is 24-48hrs main collect it will be collected from your house but that is also not happening. Please help me with this. My 1998 rupees have gone to waste. I have not opened the earphones the condition of the box also looks horrible.

                    u wasted the money, the company uses ur money for their personal needs later they will send the msg 2 u, 24 to 48 hours, again u msg them later they will cancel the order, refund would be initated with in a week, totally they will use ur personal money for 14 days, don't place the order in the fraud company

                      file the case on consumer forum and send the same to the razorpay also, bcoz they collect the transaction from the razorpay.

                        I had already complaint about this order to the customer care because I had changed my mind and had called custoner care number to cancel my order. But the person wasn't listening and even the product was 2nd hand and didn't carry any warranty card or any manual of the product. The product was totally damaged and completely broken in a poor state of conditions. ... I have ordered from many websites but had never received such a terrible and useless product... customer care told to cancel the order when it reaches the door step ... bUt delivery boy refused to accept it... completely fraud website. .. I suggest not to by from this kind of website...
                        Pls suggested to buy from other trustworthy and reputed webites like FLIPKART. ...

                            I had order speaker thru vlebazar. They are not providing delivery date nor cancelled my order. I do not have any trust in service now.
                            If my money arnt return in days time, I shall file legal and consumer complaint against vlebazar. This seems to be cheating stunt

                                  I had ordered TP-LINK USB ON 05th January 2022 and am still to receive the delivery. Every day, I wait for hours to get connected to customer service, and once connected, they have common verbiage. your shipment will take place today and you will get an email. This is a fraud.

                                      I had ordered a TP-LINK USB ON 05th January 2022 and have still not received any email of the delivery date. Every day they say they will ship it today. This has been going on for the entire week now. I had paid online. Every day I have spent hours and hours getting connected. They have not replied to my emails too.
