Mouse wireless Defective product not working order id 1256962

Dear Sir/Madam,

Take stick & immediate action against VLEBAZAAR, Gurugram sector 29, Contact Number ([protected]). This very fraudulent.

I placed two order on 10/11/2021. After 10 days order cancelled due to not dilivered.
1. Refund raised on 19/11/2021 but scheduled given of 25/12/2021.
2. Refund raised on 20/11/2021 but scheduled given of 28/12/2021.
Now customer care said will refund on 25/12/2021 & 29/12/2021. Called several times every time different statement given.

Till now a days but not get anything.

I have purchased a boom on 23rd Dec, 2021. I did online payment. Its 3rd jan 2022 today, I haven't yet received my order nor the customer care is receiving my call.

I am Arun P, I ordered a realme Buds Wireless 2 Neo (Black) Earphones with Type-C Fast Charge, Bass Boost+ & Magnetic Instant Connection for Rs.1099/- from Vlebazaar, in, on .26-Dec- 2021. and paid through credit card through Razorpay Payment Id:pay_Ic1rChKUoLS373. Order ID: #1265437.

Till now product was not been shipped and delivered when I tried to contact customer care no luck. then I raised a ticket on their website in the help section then I have received a reply stating that wait for 3 to 5 days product will be delivered. after 3 days again I raised a ticket to know the status of a product. they replied wait for 5 to 7 days.

In the meantime I went through about the company on social media, then only I came to the conclusion that I am dealing with a fraudulent eCommerce company and tried to raise another ticket on their site to cancel the order.

They are hiding under the covid issue and have less manpower to handle more transactions or reply to emails. They are showing one brand item and delivering another brand or used items or broken one and never entertain return policy. Their site didn't allow you to cancel the item that was ordered. Their helpline no. is always busy. For any email they never acknowledge.

Sir, I request your good self to help me to get back my money from Vlebazaar. in. I herewith attached the email details for your perusal.

I bought a Brother printer from them, my order id is 1274718, i asked them to cancel the product and refund the amount, they did cancel but told me it'll be processed around 13th Feb, and i asked them why is this the case, they told me they're having some issues with their payment gateway, and i told him that Razorpay seems to be working fine, upon reading other complaints, I came to know it's just a script that they read. Then I told him it doesn't make sense to take one month to initiate refund, he told me to wait, as he's transferring my call, then he disconnected the call.

I seek your kind help in getting back my money since you are the banker of that ecommerce company.
Vlebazaar.in acknowledged the order by email on 4.11.2021. Due to Deepavali they claimed that less manpower and more orders may delay the delivery. On 8th of November I raised a ticket on their site and they replied that the item will be dispatched in 3 to 5 days.On 15.11.21 I again raised an email for non delivery. In the meantime I went through about the company on social media, then only I came to the conclusion that I am dealing with a fraudulent ecommerce company and tried to raise another ticket on their site to cancel the order. But their site didn't allow me to raise a ticket again nor cancel my order. So I sent an email asking them to cancel my order and return the money on 18.11.21. For that on 23.11.21 they replied that there was a delay and the order will be dispatched in 3 to 5 days. On 29.12.2021 again I sent an email to them about their true colour and asked to return the amount to me. I had ordered a mobile MI Max 2 (refurbished) on Vlebazaar website (order ID 1217515) on 8th Dec 2021.Presently after 23 days it is in a processing stage and it is not dispatched till today.On contact number of customer care of Vlebazaar they tells that it will be dispatched today since 5 days and they are telling a lie.
Kindly either deliver my product or refund my already prepaid my money Rs.7699.

Maine 23/102021 ko ek printer order kiya tha par unke pass wo printer nahi tha main ne mere paise wapis mange to aaj 30/12/2021 ko bhi mera refund nahi mila hai...

Aur yese bahut log hai jinke paise nahi mile hai to aap inlogo par karwai kare

I have order (id-#1209737) a toy (Transformers Robots in Disguise Crash Dec Dragster Wild Break Action Figure) at ₹829 on 6th of December 2021 for delivery that time they shore 4 to 5 days but till after 28th of December 2021 still my order is not dispatched & also i paid for that product after the transaction they send me the notification that (Thank you for your interest in vlebazaar.in products. Your order has been received and will be processed once payment has been confirmed). After this i waited but there is no response by vlebazaar then i try to call in customer service as many time but say only one thing that "the problem cause due changing the location of their storage facility its is taking time to find the order, so please wait 24 to 45 hours we will surely dispatched it. " & one lady said me that "Sir, your order is priority it will dispatch today evening for sure" And today they say "sir wait for 4 days we will 100% surely dispatch your order. i want my product that i have ordered.

I cancelled the item on 18.12.2021 after company did not deliver my booked item as it was showing booking under process. I spoke to their customer executive many times but no positive response found. It is already 10 days past no fund refunded till date.

My name is Irsad Alam, Order no is 1210740, Product name is Samsung guru FM Plus SM B110E/D. The product ordered was of Black colour but received one is of white colour. Also the product seems old one as no manufacturing date mentioned. Also charger is loosely fitted in phone. So refund was requested on 08.12.2021. But despite repeated telephonic requests ( more than seven times) and repeated emails ( more than five times ), product has not been picked up and refund not initiated. Every time they say it will be picked up tomorrow but 18 days passed without any action. Kindly expedite for refund.
