Please refund my money

I ordered a TV from vlebazaar but they did not deliver it after a month from ordering and i requested for cancellation and refund for my amount and still vlebazaar has not refunded my money instead they are just replying on mails as refunded but till date i have not received the refund.

I received damaged product, I requested for refund still no update from company, when I called customer care they are disconnected my call

I was a product order Vlebazaar order no is 1089869 dated 22/10/2021 but I have no trace my product . . . why not? . plz. Help me.i waited 2 months refund my money Otherwise you will have to face a big problem

Order was placed in good faith on 07. December. 2021.
Full Payment made via UPI in the amount of Rs 18, 999.
Called their customer service number on +91-[protected] on 11. Dec. 2021 -They told us our item would be dispatched on 13. Dec. 2021.
Our order is still showing NO 'Dispatch Info' on their website.
There is no option or button anywhere on their website to cancel the order & nowhere you can request a refund.
There is no way to contact the seller of the item direct on their website.
We have repeatedly emailed them at their [protected]@vlebazaar.in asking for Dispatch & Delivery confirmation, they have NOT replied to a single email.

The information they give on their website 'Help Centre' is as follows:

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Go to 'My Orders' section and click on Cancel Order. Cancellation is not allowed if product has been shipped.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It takes generally 3-4 days for an order to get delivered. However, the maximum time limit is of 10 Days depending on the location of the seller and the customer.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU PROVIDE?
We use a network of trustworthy courier partners to pick up the items from the seller and deliver them to you.

BE VERY VERY VERY WARY OF PLACING ANY ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE EITHER VERY BAD AT WHAT THEY DO OR THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE!!!

1.) THEY HAVE HAD OUR ORDER 9 DAYS - STILL NO DISPATCH INFO GIVEN.
2.) YOU CANNOT CANCEL ANY ORDER ON THEIR WEBSITE, NO OPTION.
3.) YOU CANNOT REQUEST A REFUND, NO OPTION TO DO THIS EITHER.
4.) YOU CANNOT CONTACT THE SELLER DIRECT, NO INFO GIVEN.
5.) IF YOU GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICES THEY LIE TO YOU.
6.) THEY DO NOT REPLY TO ANY EMAILS EVER.

If we receive any goods we will update this information.

If we do not receive the new Epson printer as advertised, rest assured we will take the appropriate legal action to redeem our money.

Ordered a product "Lenovo D27-30 27" Work 1920x1080 FHD VA Panel 178° Angle, 75Hz 4ms Response, AMD Free Sync" on 21.11.2021 and made the payment of Rs.9599/- on the same day i.e.21.11.2021.

In the product description the said product was shown as available.

However after 20 days of placing the order the product has not been dispatched from the company.

Every time we call to the company at the number provided [protected] the company persons are saying the product will be dispatched within 24 hours, however till date the product is not dispatched by them.

Many times when the number of company is dialed they keep on waiting for 1-2 hours saying "all our executives are busy".

The product is required to be dispatched immediately.

product was ordered on 19 Nov and still it is not shipped. When i called and spoke to the customer case, they said there was a quality issue with the product. I don't understand how a new product will have quality issues.

No rely to emails, tweets and also support tickets.

Order no. 1198083, I ordered a one plus Buds Z (Gray) from this website on 01/12/2021 and paid full amount through NetBanking but the order is still processing and they have no form of support information, I have mailed them asking to dispatched the product also. Kindly look into the matter pls and take needful action so that matter could be resolve at the earliest.

The order ID no 1157354 dt 14 Niv 21 Laptop re furred Dell latitude D830 not delivered yet on completion of payment process. The CC is also not giving satisfactory reply. It seems to be fradulent. Requested to initiate action at the earliest please.

For HP printer 3636 order I'd 1179119 ft 24.11.2021 return request raised on 3.12.2021 for power cords, ink cartridges, usb cd and extra catriges not received in the printer box.
The printer was also reburfeshed one
Hence claimed return ..only skeleton of the printer with me.
Return accepted in their web till date no return pick for refund of my amount.

I have placed a Pantum printer order on 01/12/2021 for Rs 8100 but since they didn't dispatch it for 3 days and I needed it urgently. So I told them to cancel the order. They did cancel the order but has not issued the refund. After contacting them they have now scheduled it after 3 months in February 2022. They are not giving any certain answer. I have made the whole payment through online mode.

They are not even replying to my emails. They are just giving some repetitive template reply on ticket generated on their site.

I have bought that Printer with my Student loan money. I don't have money now to buy another printer. I need it for my studies. And I'm financially broke now. I want you to help me get my refund back immediately.

I have attached all required documents with the concerned details.

i need my refund balance

I gave returned order of my product. but still i do not get any replied of conformation. i stilled confused about status of my returned order.

I had ordered a Google Pixel dated 17/11/2001. Despite enquiring about the missing date of dispatching of product, I was ensured of the timely delivery. It's 23/11 today and neither the call center picks up the call nor their head who claimed to take things into his own hands to resolve the matter. They have unprofessional goons sitting at their call center who appear to be snickering when you call them, they make you wait for at most as 20 minutes and then put the call on hold.
I no longer wish for the product, just want the refund to take place.

I just want the refund to take place. I humbly request the relevant authorities to please take action against this fraudulent website and help me retrieve my hard earned money.

I have been kept dark with regard to my subject order online with regard to its shipping and probable delivery date. Though it is more than than Six (6) days since my booking the above, it is still showing the status as 'Processing'.

The necessary amount has already been paid by me. Please let me know the correct position at the earliest.

I had ordered cannon 2010 printer 0n[protected] online for rs 11, 450/-.till to date there has has been no comminucation from the company regarding delivery or cancellation or anything. No response from cus care no. Provided. So i want my money refunded as soon as possible. I dont need the product anymore.

The customer service number for both the companies is same and no one is picking up the call at [protected].

Request you to block this number and check for fraud being done by the company
