Sir. I am Sahil Wadhwa, I ordered signature pens through order ID 1344724 dated 19/1/2022. I pay total amount 478 rupees through credit card as there was no option of cod. I have raised complaint on their website 4 times but there is no significant response. When i checked on google i came to know there are many more people like me who have been cheated.
My amount may be less, but I want to teach these cheaters a lesson.
Plz help.

I had ordered a mobile on 18th January and it has not been shipped yet. It has been 2 weeks

I placed order for Epson printer and paid full amount online on dated 18th January 2021 by order ID 1339943. Neither it dispatched, nor cancel option . Daily customer care cont no - [protected] promising me today tomorrow and cancelling order . Please do the needful.

i had purchased a apc back-ups bx600c-in 600va / 360w, 230v, ups system and paid rs.2300/- on 31/12/2021 but after 10 days they cancelled the product and refund initiated but even after one month over not received amount, over the phone they are telling each reasons. I contacted customer care and every time replied with in 24 hour it will dispatch . I ask him for cancellation and replied me can't cancel . Now I can't understand what to do

They were suppose to ship the product between Your Order will be dispatched at[protected] to[protected] . I have been calling them up since 22/01/2022 and every time it has been your order will be shipped in 24 hours and the customer service executive have been rude . Finally on 24th Jan 2022 I spoke to their team lead Mr. Kumar Chauhan and he assured me the order would be shipped within 24 hours today 27January 2022 the order is still not shipped and when i requested to cancel my order the message comes that the Your refund will be resolved till[protected]. Why does it take two months to get my refund .

I am requesting the Gurugram Cyber cell to please take action on this website as they are absolutely cheating people . I am also requesting all the other folks who have complaints to get in touch with me so that we can get the owner of the company Mr. Himanshu Agarwal to pay for all his fraud.

I ordered a set of Harry Potter on vlebazar. And paid the money as there is no COD option. After the order I searched about the website and found that the website is fake and totally fraud. Then I go to the website to cancel the order but there is no cancellation option. Then I called the customer service(after 1 hour continuous try) and they said they will cancel the order and they will refund the amount within 72 hrs. And I called once again to confirm about the refund but this time one customer care person(named Shubham) said that your money will be refunded within 7-10 days. But my money is not received yet. Please help me.

I had made a purchase order on vlebazaar.com on 09/01/22 for a Pierre Cardin Magic Ball Pen with prepaid Rs. 89/- from Credit Card vide their Order ID NO. 1296421, but till today they had not delivered my product, nor showed any update about the delivery time or not refunded the prepaid money. Kindly do the needful, as it seems it is doing their business with fraudulent activities.

The product is not working. I raised a return request and they have taken back the product. As I contact over phone (customer care), they confirmed as received the product on 12th Jan 2022 and refund initiated and will be credited to my account in 2 to 3 days. Even after 2 weeks, I have not received the amount in my account. Getting customer care call itself long queue, and they disconnect when I ask clarifications. It is too bad and never experienced earlier like this. Awaiting positive response to refund the amount ASAP.

Recived different type of Item and not giving replacement or refund

I had ordered online on 08/01/2022. My order Id is #1309832.

I received the order on 13/01/2022 in the afternoon around 1 pm. I ordered skull candy riff Headphones, and have received skull candy earphones. The condition of the delivered product is also so bad that I have not even opened the box. Have been trying for 5 days for a refund and return. Nobody is helping me. All they say is 24-48hrs main collect it will be collected from your house but that is also not happening. Please help me with this. My 1998 rupees have gone to waste. I have not opened the earphones the condition of the box also looks horrible.
