On 6th of october i made tranfer of 4000 to vmake visa account by mistake, so i have called more than 100 times to return but they are responding at all.

Even i applied for canada pr but last year they are just telling you will this month next month so i stop asking regarding my pr as well as my refund.

They just make money by cheating people by fake promises

Dear concern person, before registering I clarified that I can't get more then 5.0 band in ielts. So make visa mailed me that I only require 5.0 band to get Canada PR and make visa explained me and calculate my eligible point by considering 5.0 band in ielts. Makevisa calculate 15 point for clb5. If make visa calculate 14 point for ielts 5.0 band I would not become eligible for Canada PR. So make visa missguided by wrong point calculation. After that now make visa asking me to get clb7. I can provide make visa mail in which they wrongly calculat my point and cheated me. I am attaching that evidence here. Thanks

The whole team of vmake visas is cheaters. I paid money through cheque and cash and they are denied for taking responsibility of cash. Even though they provide me fake ita. I will come soon on news with the help of media and i will show all these proofs.
As they know they are wrong and they try to threaten me for do not defame their name if i do they will take a legal action. These type of guys they are.

First and foremost let me clarify that we take pride in stating that vmake visas has become the one of the largest and fastest immigration consulting companies in overseas pr visas consultant only because of our service and success of 1000’s of cases. So customers like you can never do our morale down anyhow. Now let me come to your case we have already filed in one of the provinces of canada and the intake application in not in our hand but in the hands of canadian government. You are not eligible for the province you want us to file as you do not have an adequate score in ielts which is a mandate and this thing has been told to you numerous times. Even if you read the contract it says that ielts has to have a require score card but you fail to understand.

Second concern of yours is that the case manager keeps changing in that case mr. Iqbal let me tell our systems not people controlled but we have a client relation management software and who ever sits on the system can see the client details. Proper communication on timely basis has been done from vmake visas side. So your point that your case manager keeps changing doesn’t hold any value.

Vmake visas offers pr visas counseling, advice and processing for those who to migrate permanently we don’t guarantee your pr.

The business of visa documentation is complex and there may be hiccups during the process. Vmake visas tries its level best to resolve any issues faced during the process but you should also be eligible for that process and in your case you at least need a score of clb 7 to enable to file case in various provinces.
On the other hand there are clients like you who sign up with vmake visas and wish to withdraw cases due to personal reasons and when are not eligible for any refund they come with such stories and try to malign the image of the company with their wrong and unethical complaints.

Our deliverables are very clear and are mentioned in the agreement which we sign with the client while he or she registers for the process.

Most complaints about vmake visas are written by the above type of customers only who have no ethics. We sign a legal agreement with the customer before taking up the case. The terms of the agreement are very clear and mentioned in black and white. There is a cost to all of this and it is not free. So, in the cases like yours, vmake visas refuses a refund and the customer goes online to post it.

We will still advise you to give your ietls exam again so that you become eligible for various provinces and we can go ahead with your case with a positive note.

Dear sir/madam. My case i'd 109957. I have registered to get service of canada pr. But till date not got satisfactory answer. Continously changing case manager by make visa but case manager is not contacting me and always getting answer from make visa that case manager is ill and hospitalised and not only one case manager but each case manager get ill after taking my case. One case manager name mr sahil told me that we are not working on your case and we can't get pr for you as per our commitment and will refund your money within 15 days but never refund my money. After that mr ankit kapoor appointed other case manager to resolve my issue. But no case manager came to resolve issues till date. And never try to contact me. As per make visa agreement my pr is due in next month. But now i am feeling that i have become victim of online fraud. So many times mr sahil threated me to get involved me in fake cases. Now i don't understand what to do. I have lost so much money in this and damaged my career as well. Make visa gave me commitment of 100%pr. As per my profile. So probably make visa trapped me giving 100%pr in agreement and took my money. I was advised to mail me on [protected]@vmakevisas.com in my previous complaints by vmake visa, if i have any issues so i did so many mail there but not got any reponse. Every case manger took details but after taking those detail either they get ill or go on holiday or go maternity leave. So please resolve my issue. I am trying to phone to ceo the company but not able to talk always reception girl took my no and told me that mr ankit kapoor will call you but not got phone call from him or any email. When i asked my refund as per mr sahil commitment and refused saying that i am only employee and md took monu not me so ask from him but they not let me talk to th md. I have provided detail documents of vmake visa commitment though they are not interested to resolve. Thanks

I hired vmake visas for canada pr. They promised me sure pr with in 4 months, after going through my papers. I applied on 1-2-16, but my file was never accepted under skilled category. Time limit of file applied under, also expired on 23-oct-2017. I mailed many times for the refund, but they never answered me back. On visiting there office, i was shocked to see that all the staff has changed all mail ids changed and many ph numbers also changed, but they promised rs35000/- refund by 10 june-18 (Written on there letter head by mr sakib), which they later on denied. Branch head mr deepak also confirmed for refund on ph on 17 july-2018 (Can provide conversation recording) now they don, t answer to my phone and e mail, to avoid refund. I personally feel that they dont hold any govt. Licence to run this type of business. Everyone will be shocked to see the agreement thay make after taking the money from client. Each & every line is in their favor and the client is left with no other option than to sign as they have already paid, before receiving the agreement. Company has changed website from www.vmakevisas.com to www.makevisas.com to avoid such cases. Many people must have been deprived of their hard earned money. Due to these type of practices. Kindly check. Related proofs can be provided if needed.

I had applied for manitoba pnp through vmakes visa they put up my file with wrong noc, i had repeated request that change the noc as this category does not falls and each manitoba draw refuses to adopt this category in spite of high points. But case manager didn't listen and says we have many yrs. Of experience and do not try to teach us at last that was happened from which i was afraid. Having points 554 but does not get invitation to apply itself shameful to brakes visa.
On claiming the refund they denied for it.

This is suraj (Case i'd 29606) and i have registered my case in pune office for canada pr (Pnp) on dec 2016 and that time told me that process will take 10 to 12 months and took rs 55000 as fees and told if any issues or if pr get rejected you will get your money back (The amount will be calculated on which stage it get rejected, same written in agreement too). And one year passed there was no any appropriate service or they keep changing my case manager and that was so irritating. What i saw is there was no any scope for my case and i asked for refund. As i called for refund a new name called mr sahil sheikh came in contact (In march 2017) with new plane that he called it as lmia and given me a full assurance of pr within 6 month and demanded rs 3 lac for the process 1.5 lac before and 1.5 lac post landing to canada and if it unable to get pr till 6 months my all money will be refundable that is rs1.5 lac (Same written in agreement). So second agreement was made and till now its been 16 months i still didn't get any pr or ita, all i got is fake commitments and lies from sahil. Whenever i used to call him he always lies about case and process. Every time he comes with new situation (All i observed is he was just trying pass the time as much he can) and never gave any proof of documentation of my case all was just telephonic discussion (I have recorded all his calls so if you want i can provide the same) i had been to pune office too but same no any proper response. So finally after waiting for such long time and westing everything i asked for refund last month (June) and its been more than one month i still didn't get any appropriate response from anyone (Now sahil and his manager shely are not receiving any call) last time somehow i reached shely and she said that it will impossible to get full refund and trying to ignore. How you guys can do this to anyone. If you are unable to do anything about my case you supposed to refund all my money as you haven't do anything at least justify your commitments. I paid all fees whenever it asked and i am getting issues for refund. Is this ethically right? What kind if people you are? How you guys will feel if anyone do this to you? I don't recommend v make visas to anyone as it was really bad experience, full of fake people. Please please please don't go with this company and never listen to these guys.

Iccrc licence number and mara registration number verification are the right of every potential client.in case any company like vmakevisas denies to share in first place, there might be a certain wrong intention behind that. If they had ever been approved by regulators, they must have proudly shared the information publically.

Wake up, folks. Fake alert

Case id : 60992. Its fraud company. Whatever they will say don't believe. I have given them 4 lacs 65 thousand last year (February 2017) but no fruitful result till now.in the contract they mentioned ita within 6 months but its 18 months nothing happened. When asked for refund, giving useless reasons. They are using govt of india license in every email and rcic logo in website to make people fool. Don't believe them.

I request to all please dont paid single amount without work done.as i face from last 6 monthi am from ahmedabad .i am registered member with case id 100134 they not able to done single work.till date only reason give.when give a call case managers reply we are busy please drop mail.even after drop mail no reply.i pay full amount of 95000 but due irresposibility i miss my june2018 intake for sinp.now they provide me a fake way to proceed.
Biggest mistake of 2 person sonika who is my councilor and anni who is my case manager whem i try to call sonika my councilor they transfer to call my case manager or head of case manager Akansha mam.so i think lots of my time waste i aspect to take amount back not proceed further as no result.thank you if you give resolution on this soon.

I am complaining for my CANADA PR case I register last year with v make visa till today I Don't have exact status about my application and other thing my case manager is on leave from last 40 days no replay from them and most of time they don't pick the phone I am really depressed and faded with there service please answer me in yes or no don't waste my time

They started my application in the month of march 2017 komal promised me that she will help to get my pr with in 6 months and also i paid 79k..1 year passed no updates from vmake visas.. They don’t keep their promises & also they cheat by looting money.. Annie the case manager send an email that to show proof of funds but no where in the world they ask pof before loi this shows they are not in to professionals so friends pls pls don’t fall in this scam

My client i'd is 109957. I recently registered for canada pnp program for manitoba and other provinces. I was given 100% visa gurantee though my eoi for manitoba is 440. I asked how do i qualify for it as eoi is not below, case manager and sales department told they they will manage and i am 100% getting nomination at the end of june 2018. But i go through your consumer forum in 1 case which case i'd is 18987. You just said that government increased the eoi so we can't do anything and we won't refund. So at the same sore how make visa gurantee me 100% and i am asking how did you asses my case and will you work out in my case to get nomination by june but case manager saying that trust us and don't ask such thing you only keep in mind that you will get pr. So the thing should not be repeat as case no 18987 has happened

Do not trust this company vmake visas, they cheat lots of clients. They charge amount to pay then they start process. Then after they assign to particular case manager after some days their staff get change agian and agian, they assign this case to new case manager, or they may ask you for documents which you do not have. This happening always and after all one year get complete of your case, they will send you email as closer of agreement. Please be aware of this company vmake visas. They just take money from clients and do not provide any services to them and make false commitments to them. It's a big fraud don't go there...

I already log this complaint in your form on 8/2/18 & 28/1/18 but still no action against this company. Still nobody can contact me against my complaint or my refund. Kindly take action on these companies who take license from GOI but when the time of refund they cheat with customers. Kindly take action and solve my problem.

I need help on your end because this immigration company not refund my amount.


I started my case with Vmake visa company on oct 2015. I start as Manitoba pnp program where company person confirmed that company arranged sponsorship for me and total processing time is 9 months. company taking 30000Rs from me start my case. After that company tell me that we start your process but no file no provide me about my process. No letter received from embassy which show me that my case in process or my file entered into embassy for futher process. After 2 months, company employee Mr shekhar call me and tell me that we have a job offer in Manitoba and he force me that this process is faster then PNP. Total process take 4 month(Job offer) and you get the PR, So you take this. Company take for charges of this process. They regulary call me and force me that take this job offer. After few days I start the process in Jan 2016 and company taken 2.20 lac from me about this process. After take this money they can't any call about my process. I regularly call to Mr. Narinder about my process and he confirmed me that your job offer process completed in may2016. After that Mr. Narinder left the job and nobody take my case seriously. Then Mr sakib is allotted as my case manger and this man take me false commitment day by day. When I call to Mr sakib, He tell me that in july2016 you get the job offer and in a month u got the PR. He tell me that this confirmed. He also tell me that you left your job and get start packing . He never call to me about my process. Every time I call to sakib to taken information about my job offer. Still I'm job less. After 10 months of my follow up they are not reply any satisfactory answer about my process. I requested many times, sent many mails for refunding the amount but they started ignoring my calls and not even they replied to most of my mails. After that I talk to Mr. Deepak about refund of my amount.in between they called me and conferenced Mr. DEEPAK tell me that your all money will be refunded. I tell mr Deepak to refund my 2.20 lac and 30000 rs but mr Deepak tell me that we follow up your case, So you take only 2.20 lac and 30000 Rs refund you after 3 months. They refund my 2.20 in Oct 2016. they sent me 3 cheque of 1 lac and 60k each (all are in postdate in 3 installment .but when I log my last cheque in jan, Shelly madam call me and tell me that kindly don't present the cheque in bank because company has stop my cheque without any intimation. I tell her that when company take money from me in one shot and when the time of refund company takes excuse. She tell me that company send you a new cheque in next 2 days but 15 days completed of jan 2017 nobody call me or tell me about my cheque. Nobody pick my call including shelly, sakib, Deepak and param. They harass me through out the process. After I follow up regular mode, they release my cheque in 2 parts(30 Rs +30 Rs) .In month of march I call Mr. Deepak to about my 30000 refund but Mr. Deepak can't pick my call. After that Mr. sakib call me and tell me why you are calling to Mr. Deepak. I tell I want to talk about my refund 30000Rs because company committed me 9 months process about PNP but 18 months completed and still no result. So refund my amount. He tell me that no refund. He tell company take a charges about this process. I tell him that company take charges 10, 000Rs and balance 20, 000 amount refund me but they cheat me.

Sir please take action about my complaint and refund my amount as soon as possible because still I'm jobless and I need this money.

I request you, please involve in this matter and help me to get amount back from V MAKE VISA company.
