Plz whosoever is reading this, save yourself from these fraudsters. These beggers will call you till you give money to them.
After a day they will show their true colour. Looted my 50000. They have wasted my 8 months. After giving each and every document proper they dragged my file.
These people are running gang where yitika mittal usha taneja shibiya arora deepak/ankit/saakib who all are the one person are totally frauds and biggest liars.
Don't give your hard earned money to these people.
No knowledge of pr process. Trapping the innocent people at the name of pnp.

This is 4 time when i enter my complaint against vmake visa.

Kindly take action on these companies who take license from goi but when the time of refund they cheat with customers. Kindly take action and solve my problem.

I need help on your end because this immigration company not refund my amount. If you don't take action against him they will cheat more people in regular mode.

I started my case with vmake visa company on oct 2015. I start as manitoba pnp program where company person confirmed that company arranged sponsorship for me and total processing time is 9 months. Company taking 30000rs from me start my case. After that company tell me that we start your process but no file no provide me about my process. No letter received from embassy which show me that my case in process or my file entered into embassy for futher process. After 2 months, company employee mr shekhar call me and tell me that we have a job offer in manitoba and he force me that this process is faster then pnp. Total process take 4 month (Job offer) and you get the pr, so you take this. Company take for charges of this process. They regulary call me and force me that take this job offer. After few days i start the process in jan 2016 and company taken 2.20 lac from me about this process. After take this money they can't any call about my process. I regularly call to mr. Narinder about my process and he confirmed me that your job offer process completed in may2016. After that mr. Narinder left the job and nobody take my case seriously. Then mr sakib is allotted as my case manger and this man take me false commitment day by day. When i call to mr sakib, he tell me that in july2016 you get the job offer and in a month u got the pr. He tell me that this confirmed. He also tell me that you left your job and get start packing. He never call to me about my process. Every time i call to sakib to taken information about my job offer. Still i'm job less. After 10 months of my follow up they are not reply any satisfactory answer about my process. I requested many times, sent many mails for refunding the amount but they started ignoring my calls and not even they replied to most of my mails. After that i talk to mr. Deepak about refund of my amount.in between they called me and conferenced mr. Deepak tell me that your all money will be refunded. I tell mr deepak to refund my 2.20 lac and 30000 rs but mr deepak tell me that we follow up your case, so you take only 2.20 lac and 30000 rs refund you after 3 months. They refund my 2.20 in oct 2016. They sent me 3 cheque of 1 lac and 60k each (All are in postdate in 3 installment. But when i log my last cheque in jan, shelly madam call me and tell me that kindly don't present the cheque in bank because company has stop my cheque without any intimation. I tell her that when company take money from me in one shot and when the time of refund company takes excuse. She tell me that company send you a new cheque in next 2 days but 15 days completed of jan 2017 nobody call me or tell me about my cheque. Nobody pick my call including shelly, sakib, deepak and param. They harass me through out the process. After i follow up regular mode, they release my cheque in 2 parts (30 rs +30 rs).in month of march i call mr. Deepak to about my 30000 refund but mr. Deepak can't pick my call. After that mr. Sakib call me and tell me why you are calling to mr. Deepak. I tell i want to talk about my refund 30000rs because company committed me 9 months process about pnp but 18 months completed and still no result. So refund my amount. He tell me that no refund. He tell company take a charges about this process. I tell him that company take charges 10, 000rs and balance 20, 000 amount refund me but they cheat me.

Sir please take action about my complaint and refund my amount as soon as possible because still i'm jobless and i need this money.

I request you, please involve in this matter and help me to get amount back from v make visa company.

I had applied for canada pr through v make visas immigration company and paid a initial fee to start the process with proper supporting documents.
Case manager checked the documents and assured the for pr.
Case manager also informed me that whole process will take 14 to 18 months.
On my regular visit to canadian immigration sites i had observed that the noc applied on my application is not as per my job description and intimate to the concerned person to change it otherwise we will fail to get our destination but case manager reassured me that i am dealing with a reputed immigration company and he also have a many years experience so nothing to worry.
At last it was happened from which i afraid the file was not processed.
Now as per commitment i request to refund my fee they refused to pay it back the reason behind this they tell that our agreement for only one year and that is over.
My points are : i have already warned about wrong noc to apply.
The whole process to clear the application explained to me
That is 14 to 18 months then what is the logic of one year's

Since i ever encountered many issues just because of the way she speak but with due respect of gagan mam i agreed to move forward. Now today i received a call from her side and she was like“ tumhe photo click karni nhi ati kese tedi scan bhej ri ho “. I asked her if you not getting properly i may come n give those documents to you and she was too rude saying “kyu samjho". Adding to that she didn't give me concerned authorities number to deal with calm. Moreover she said whole office knows about your abusive way of talking. I mean seriously i never speak to anyone except shibiya mam and rahul sir. The she was speaking not acceptable as a respectable customer
Honestly i didn't have any complaints against company but that person's behavior is not bearable now

Dear whom so ever is reading this :

Let me start by saying that if you are 1% educated and able to read this, then do not invest your single rupeee in vmake visas, vmake consultant or any thing associated with name vmake for your dream immigration.

They will start showing fake videos, online post, which is clearly goodi goodi picture in the beginning. Their marketing ladies will extensively follow up with you for pay the fees and start up your case and promise to deliver results within 3 months. But its all fake once you will pay the fees then rat race will begin where you will keep on chasing them but they turns thick skin.
Your case manager doesn’t pick up phone or reply mail on time. Your case manager will change in the middle and completely new one will come with new requirements.

Ankit kapoor who is suppose to handle your case will never come into picture once, even if you 1000 time request your consultant they will not share his number. Shibiya arora who is showing you big picture will turn blank.

They are treating your dream as just another case in which they will fraud your money and turn up pig.

As you are already aware, case no 81145 - i have started my case on 29th july, with promise that your profile can be easily shortlisted for australia pr.
Till date i have not submitted my file for aim assessment and i want my money refund as its clearly visible that your team is incompetent to handle my case. I have all the mail communication in detail where i have provided all the documents as requested still your team is sitting on [censored]. I have called multiple times and followed up 10000 mails but none of you are bothered about progress of my case.

I want my 47000 refund within this week or else i will be forced to opt for legal action along with spreading your real picture to multiple forum. I am asking for my right for which i have paid.

Ps. Don’t try to act smart and try to present the case as if you guys have done all your deeds as i have proof of each and every mails and will ensure to publish it as evidence of your lethargic unprofessional approach.

I came to Vmake visas after talking to Naavtaj.I was thinking i am approaching a company with great customer service.I came to your office in May, 2017 and met Anu she explained everything regarding time frame and amount needed for immigration to Australia.I was satisfied, made a complete payment.
As I of know Naavtaj, Anu and case managers assigned to me all have left.
The people who handle my file are highly unprofessional and rude, one of the person I am dealing with is Neelima, she will not answer the phone call, wont give a call back are even respond to email.
now i am worried was a right decision to approach you guys.

Ms komal working in documentation department of v make vizas doesn't know how to talk to clients, without knowing a client she comments on clients. I am not a client of vmake vizas so i dont have the right to say anything about their services but ms komal is an indecent lady who need to learn some professionalism while dealing with their clients. I am not going to take their services now as there is a proliferation of immigration consultants all over india. V make vizas management should teach their staff how to deal with clients, this is all i want to say

The sales team is bunch of liar along with the manager richa, akansha in pune office.

Please dont go for your immigration services to these guys.

At the time of signing the agreement in november 2016 they said that the pnp for sinp, canada is open and if i enroll faster they will file for pnp so i paid the money to them.

When i checked on website the sinp was already closed still they said that it is open.

During the signing of agreement they said that they will also help in arranging proof of fund but when they tried to file for another state in canada, they called me up in the evening at 8pm or so and asked to arrange the funds within 2 days on my own and they cant help or provided any solutions.

It became very difficult for me to arrange funds at the last moment. When i couldnt arrange funds they sent threatening email mentioning that that you will be responsible for rejection of file.

They said that they will provide solution on arranging proof of fund however
Later after 8 months they said that we cant help in this matter.

When i checked with expert, they said that the file has not been submitted.
When i sent a frustated email some lady akanska called up warning me that she will file case against me.

Now i am filing consumer complaint against these guys. Dont go to these guys otherwise you will loose your money.

I have sent many mails but no reply from your end.

I came personally and met to Mr. Deepak Kapoor, he told that your document are in another office, we will send it through courier. Sill I have not received my documents nor any reply of mail. Today I am sending 3rd reminder mail on your official email [protected]@makevisas.com, check it . That is your true colour after taking payment you never find client in your record . Send me back my original documents otherwise I have all conversation recording, detail of visit to your office and meeting with you.

They took 55k in one go from me for consulting for canada pr. First of all they haven't reviewed my profile before signing in. They just want contract and money. And shown some beautiful dreams of landing canada.

Truth comes upfront, my crs score is 350 which will never come to the draw, which they later told me and they never helped me pnp programs. Every time for any update i have to call them.
They keep on changing the assign person to your case every week or so.
Their management is unresponsive.
Sachin their leader of sales and operation is a cheater.

Finally i just gave up and writing this so that others can refrain from their fraudulent trap.

Dear Shuklaak,

We have a detail record of our every client who has been registered with us till date but your name was not in our records. There is no proof submitted that you were/is Vmake Visas’ client. Using our organization name for defaming and destroying our reputation online is a crime under the act of defamation. Hence, kindly do not commit such crime or else we would take a strict action against the same.

Vmake visa taken my original document and not sending my original documents in spite of sending many reminders. There is no reply from their side. I have already sent them what they asked. People who take the service from them feel they have cheated them. This is true. I am another testimonial.
The real face of these people came in light. Do not believe on these people. You are waste for them once you paid.

Vmake Visas office at Nehru Place, New Delhi-19. I applied for MPNP. Pankaj told me amount 65K for total procedure cost in three stages 1. Initial stage- 15k, 2nd stage- 30k and 3. Final stage- 20k. and if you pay in one go, so you have to pay only 50k. Everybody wants to save their money so I paid 50k to Pankaj. After applied I got the e-mail from Abhishek with attached file for MPNP. I gone thru the attached file and also checked at the MPNP website about the programme. I realized there was a mistake in points. Pankaj told me 542 total points and same applied by Abhishek/Paranjit. But when I checked MPNP web site there was a huge difference in points I would like to share my case no 18987. I signed my contract in May 2015 with Pankaj in calculations. Then called Abhishek/Paramjit they told me to call Narendra because Pankaj left Vmake visas so now Narendra is case manager and told him please check points calculations as per Pankaj 542 total points and same applied by Abhishek/paramjit but according to MPNP I`m calculating 442 points only. Because my certificate not accredited by Canadian government. Narendra gone thru point system and told me you are right your point is 442 only but do not worry you have chance to come in the draw but it will take time. So be patience, I requested him are you sure, he said yes. After that nobody called me about any update. Now almost two years no update and I started calling Vmake visas Narendra also left the company. I want my money back. I called somany time to vmake visas receptionist every time says we will call you back but nobody calls me. Please help… what to do….

My Case ID is 41245 and have paid in full for the process of my PR to Canada which worked out to INR 60, 000 appx.
The payment was made About May, 2016.

My educational documents had to be got from the university for which I have paid an additional INR 6, 000.

My case manager, Mr.Paramjeet Singh mentioned to me that all my documents from the university have been received except the transcripts. I have yet to see them in hard copy. No scans, no hard copies.

As far as the process is concerned, he sounds evasive and asks me to wait. It has been over a year and I see no communications, progress, nothing.

If the PR cannot be processed, please arrange a refund of the amount. I will also need the university documents in hard copy, if they have been received by Mr. Singh.

Kindly get back to me on this ASAP.

Vmake visas pune ;-Ms komal has called me 100 times to make payment of 60k after 3 days i made a payment and informed regarding the same..

she said she will send agreement on the same day but now 4 days gone i have not received any agreement as well as invoice, today i tried to call infact i messaged her 12 times she is not responding so please if you people cannot keep your promises then please make refund i will find some other agency.

I paid 2Lakhs for the Immigration Service and as per Company Terms I will get the work done within 6 months or they will refund money.
I started in March month and according to that within July I should get full services but they are fail to provide me service within said period. I requested many times, sent many mails for refunding the amount but they started ignoring my calls and not even they replied to most of my mails. I started visiting their office and at Reception they refused me to meet that person( always said – that person is not available or in meeting etc to whom I wanted to meet)
Then one of the person from their team advised me to send email with mentioning about taking legal action. I did the same and involved each member in email then they replied me and spoke to me. After 3 month of struggle and office visits they send me email that company will give me refund and cheque will be dispatched soon. But in December they sent me 10 cheques of 20K each(all are in postdate, started from MARCH 2017 to DEC 2017. Same day I called first they did not answer and then I asked HOW I PAID you the charges of 2 Lakhs, later told me to send email that I want refund in one or 2 installments. Also in between they called me and conferenced Mr. ANKIT KAPPOR OR DEEPAK and he gave me reason that due to DEMONITAZATION they released cheques, I requested the same person that How Can I wait for my refund till DECEMBER 2017 as I paid you amount in only 2 installments and why don’t you take charges in 10 installments. SO I want full amount in one or two installments.
Then again many mails they sent your request has been accepted to send you refund in one or two installments and first installment will be release in JAN 16. But till date no response and I am fed up of sending mails and trying their numbers.
Now, I noticed that they blocked my numbers and not giving any responses. I called Company land line number, and they always saying PARAM, SAQIB/SAHIL, KULMIT/SHELLY, DEEPAK not available or in meeting.

I request to consumer court to please involve in this matter and help me to get amount back from V MAKE VISA company.
