[Resolved] Vodafone — 3G connection | |||
hi, I am vodafone customer with mobile no. [protected] and purchased a recharge voucher of Rs255 ie 3G data pack with validity for 1 month . It has been 15 days since i have recharged and I almost daily call customer care to activate 3G on my simcard. The customer care assures me they are looking into my request and will activate 3G within 24 hours, but it goes all in vain and 3G is still inactive on my mobile.
