[Resolved] Vodafone — 3G data | |||
I bought a 3G connection few months back from Vodafone main showroom at lower parel. The first month bill was rs 190, however, the 2nd month bill, to my shock and utter disbelief, came rs 4800.i immediately raised it their customer service team. Every time when i asked them for a data showing my usage, they have told me that the bill is correct and i will have to pay it immediately. when the fact is i have not downloaded a single aplication. i did not download any song, game, movie nothing, then how can my bill go so high??and why is it that they can prvovide me with the data that i have downloaded? i am not going to pay that amount for No reason. i ned detail explanation of my usage. then this harrasment does not stop here, there collection agents keep calling me every now and then and use the worst possible way of dealing.while the fact is i have made myself clear that i will pay but u need to convince me that i have used that much data.It's been over 5months now, but there is no end. I had to obviously suffer, my data card is suspended. But I immediately switched to Airtel and the maximum bill I have paid is 400 in the last 5 months. Then Vodafone goes one step further I. They link this dispute to my mobile service with them and immediately suspend that number, with an intention of paralysing my day to day activities. Thisi is real cheap response and display o[censored]tmost disregard to customer issues. I do not remember my 3G no but my mobile no is [protected], which they have linked to the 3G data card, for deactivating. I am not expecting any satisfactory service this time as I think the company has lost it's values in a desperate pursuit of business. I got a sms on 15th June 2015, 3G DOUBLE DATA OFFER FOR Rs 147 1GB 3G DATA and I recharge but only 500MB data gave me. I request again and again to customer care but not help me...
