I subsrcibe to an unlimited pack per month, and the vodafone guys have, for a reason best known to them, failed
to correct the internet network, error i am facing since 4th June. The problem being on just one location, they are very laxed in contemplating the reasons!! I daily get a call and i again repeat what problems i am facing ten times and they say that they will try n solve the problem and directly get back to me the next day meanwhile, thay have also locked mt access to the complaint helpline since the day i have issued the complain. They were supposed to correct the problem by today 2 pm and the problem still persists!! So, what is the use of porting to vodafone if the company can't solve a meagre problem as this???
