Sir,
We would like to ledge complaint on behalf of resident of block a of Kotla Mubarak Pur South delhi- 03 and thereby putting the life of resident of vicinity in hazardous situation.
Our complaint is specific that mr. Devinder, he is going to install a mobile tower in their building roof, which is in the middle of the residential area. We have objected of installation of mobile tower and also inform him about the hazardous effect of mobile tower radiation.
As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 100 meter away from residential area as the radiation emanating from the said mobile tower causes various effect on human body, specially on small kids and worked as slow poison upon the human body. He is very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect and putting life of neighbour and their kids in hazardous situation.
It is further stated that as per the various reports and research proved that these mobile tower radiation affect human body and mind adversely. As per hon'ble delhi high court in cs no. 95534/16 page no.3 no mobile tower can be unstalled in residential area.
As per rules it is necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners agreement copy, and no objection certificate from real brothers, neighbours has not been given and the neighbour has strong objection to this installation in this area.
We therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and see that the above tower is not installed in this area.
