Hi Team,
This complain is in regards with Vodafone (Vi) Group Plc, telecommunication company. The company has deduced balance from the account main balance (of Rs. 15) without any notification or consent from the customer. When the customer asked for the reason, the customer care replied that the deduction was performed on account of some video or game download. But the user has not performed anything like that. When the user asked for specific reason of deduction, they said we don't have details, it can be something on your side. Its really surprising as in my case the phone was not used at all on that day till the money deducted.
Also, message of deduction does not tell anything, just says:
"Amount Debited
Debit amount: 15
"
Can i get the help to stop these kind of frauds that is happening via these telecom companies and return back the amounts to the user?
or
Please ask these companies to provide proofs of what they are saying and relevant proofs of reason of deductions as per RTI act.
When i searched on the same problem on internet, i found there are multiple people facing same issues with Vi. Please help us at the earliest.
