[Resolved] Vodafone — automatically debiting charges towards vas without i option | |||
Vodafone is automatically debiting charges towards vas. I never opted and i never given second consent. On 14.9.20, they debited rs.49. Inspite of sending mail to customer care, they rejected as second consent made. So, vodafone software itself is bogus and they cheating customers. High level cyber fraud enquiry should be conducted by cbi. They are not yet refunded the amount. So, i am lodging complaint for refund of rs.49 wrongly debited to my balance. Sep 18, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved They resolved the complaint. They emailed through [email protected]. They informed that complaint to be lodged within 24 hours and SMS the word STOP to 155223 which is toll free. They recommend CAS app of TRAI. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
