A service named [protected]@IT has been activated without my request and has deducted rp 30/- twice that is rp 60/- in total.
On 23rd April 2015, I got a message saying on my Vodafone prepaid num [protected] :"Hello! Look @ it service is now active on your
number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 10 days rental
of Rs.30 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is
Rs.12.0396.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)."
In fact I did not send any request or message for [protected]@ it service and I
did not know about that service. But without my knowledge deducted an
amount of Rs. 30 from mobile balance and sent message.
again on 03rd May 2015, i got another message saying "Your subscription for Look @ it service has been
renewed and Rs 30 has been deducted. The service will get renewed on
[protected].To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)."
I immediately deactivated the service but I have not got the amount refund.Hence, I request the deducted amount of Rs. 60/- may be refunded immediately to my mobile.
