How can u expect from your customer that when he has unlimited pack, he check his account balance on daily basis and if he has deduction in his account he will inform u immediately.. i know my balance is 61 on date when i recharged my number i.e. around 28 or 29 may 2019, after that when i checked my balance i found this discrepancy, and then i informed u on ur complaint no 198 but three times continous failure, i am compelled to lodge this complain . So i request u to check deduction details from 28th of may, if u do this surely you can help me.
