[Resolved]  Vodafone — Being billed, inspite of informing to stop the services

I already had faced great inconvenience, during the activation of my number [protected] and now again with the internet plan and charges for [protected]. For the month of dec, I had received a high bill amt of INR 1840, with the major charges being done for my internet charges. My colleagues have been have been offered discounted plans on 3G (e.g 125 for 1GB) and when I checked with your team, I was told that I am not eligible for the same. I already informed vodafone to stop the services, but they are still charging and have again sent a bill of 1540. This is highly disappointing and this bad service has occurred 2 times in succession.

We have checked and see that the data charges for December and January bill are accurate since you have used more than 300 MB. Further, you were billed for excess usage and got the benefits of 300 MB offer which he had opted for Rs.100/- plan. Hence we are unable to reverse the charges. We truly regret the inconvenience caused to you.

Yes it is the same with me too, why are we being victimized? How to stop this? The same goes for Reliance net connect data card as well.
I am trying to say, that inspite of me telling you guys to stop the internet charges (due to high rates) you guys have not stopped and are still billing me. How do I get liable to pay, inspite of me telling you guys to stop the service ?..I have sent N number of emails to you guys, informing you to stop the internet service.
My phone service has been stopped ...can I know why ..I have clearly said ..vodafone has to reverse the excess internet charges and I will pay the correct amount.
