Vodafone — Bill Amount doubled by charging every call twice | |||||
Vodafone postpaid bill for mobile number 97909987xx generated on 14-Oct-2015 for the duration 14 Sept-13 Oct. My observation is that call charges for each outgoing call(Local & STD) has been calculated twice. Thus the amount for call charges should have been Rs. 293 (586 / 2 = 293) and in words TWO HUNDRED NINETY THREE but I was charged with Rs. 586. Please make the appropriate correction and regenerate the October month postpaid bill and send it on my email id- yadav.[protected]@gmail.com. Please calculate and generate the new bill of 14 October after all the corrections w.r.t. service tax @14% that comes around Rs. 56(approx) rather than 97.56. Please revisit all the bills generated since Oct 14 till date carefully this time and do confirm the authenticity of bills generated on Oct 14, Nov 14 and Dec 14 too so that customer can trust your billing calculations and would be contented being a Vodafone post-paid customer. I am expecting a compensation for the stress caused by the carelessness from your end in terms of entire bill adjustment for the current month-Dec. Was this information helpful? | |||||
