Customer Name: Ms. Farrida Daruwalla Customer Account No.:[protected] Vi Mobile No.: [protected] (Mumbai, Maharashtra) Bill Date: 7.10.2020 Bill Period: 7.9.2020 to 6.10.2020 My Plan: Entertainment Plus 499 I have today received the bill dated 7th Oct '20. Was surprised to find that the same aggregated to Rs.1587, as against ~Rs.500 odd in the earlier months. This was because in the current bill I was charged Rs.847 for automatic renewal of subscription to Amazon Prime, without any prior intimation to me. Request you to kindly reverse this amount of Rs.847 as I have not advised you to renew the subscription to Amazon Prime.
