Vodafone — Bill is not as per they said and now they are harassing me.

I work in airports authority of india, although i don't use vodafone but one day they came to my organisation and offered me a corporate sim with some lucrative offers. When i bought the sim and first bill came, to my amazement it was just double of what they promised me to offer. I complained to the vendor but he told me to pay saying that it would be adjusted to the next bill and the next bill would be perfect, but the next bill was also erroneous. Then i refused to pay the bill as it was wrong bill and different from what i was promised. Now they are harassing me saying that they are making some court case against me and i will have to pay the fine also. I am an officer and i don't have time to go to consumer court. I want to convey this to others as how these foreign companies are making fool out o[censored]s and charging money inappropriately. My two vodafone numbers were [protected] and [protected]. My current number is [protected].
