My vodaphone number number is [protected]. Name : priya srinivasan. I would like to get a resolution on my bill payment and connectivity issue at the earliest.
In the month of august i was traveling to us and took up an international package for 5999/-. When i landed in us the service did not work. My husband had promptly tried to contact your service centre and inform about the same. On landing up back in india i have tried to resolve the issue with regards to the charges with your customer service more than 3-4 times. The issue has been logged with them as well. They have been unable to waive my charges or assist me further in anyway in form of proactive communication. The service team has promised me immediate resolution via escalations but has not met their commitment. To my further agony my service has been disabled today. This morning i had called 199 and registered another issue nbr : [protected] - vodaphone (Pls refer).
After having visited a centre in bellandur bangalore 560103, i was given the above email address to take this up further. I would likely a higher authority to please look into this huge inconvenience caused to me. I will not be paying for the services that was not provided to me. Please resolve asap. Your poor services leaves me with no choice but to seek an alternate provider!!!
