[Resolved] Vodafone — Billed for Nonsense Services | |||
I am a billing customer my bill of 2643 Rupees, when i called up vodafone customer he told that I had exceed my Internet limit & when I asked that guy why I didn't message from vodafone saying my exceed my use, he was arguing my saying you must got the message, while i checked my cell message there is only one message from vodafone on my Internet on 16th April Saying I have exhausted the allowance in Internet Pack on my cell number .To continue to browse at 2p/10kb at 3g Speed till you reach capping limit of Rs.850, when i called customer to activate my booster plan I was been told it cannot be activated on my number as I have to reach limit of 850 & then i can activate booster plan. So what is this, you people want to just eat money and make fool out of people as they don't check there bills & just pay money I mean 2400.They are just fooling people and removing money, there customer care employees just take callers for granted, If you dont message for their services they will call you 1000times to reply back & if you have activated any services, we like fools have to call them & ask if our services are activated are not.
