Hello ! I am a vodafone customer ( Jayaraja [protected]) and used it more than 5 years.. I have faced the problem on yesterday 16/09/2014 that, my mobile consumed the 2 GB Internet on mid night with out knowing of me ... I found the information morning 17/09/2014 from vodafone about this ... Here is the real issue : Vodafone notified me to pay RS 12000 for consuming the Internet and crossed the limit o[censored]sage, A) Actually my credit limit was set 5000 Rs only .. But they are allowed the usage limit more than credit limit. B) They are calculating the unfilled amount with out visible method of calculation as well as none of consumer and even support team unable to tell us the unfilled calculation .. Its really hard to hear and how would vodafone do business legally with out proper information to client .. ... I am a very bad our my self due to unknowing using vodafone calculation since 5 years/ I am looking for some support and action against the following case to protect other users./ Best Regards Jayaraja R Was this information helpful? | |||

Today i got message that my account got credited with Rs 10 .. But i did not make any payments ..
What is wrong with ?
Vodafone has to ensure their services with out error free alt east ...
