Vodafone — Billing

I have a 4 vi postpaid connection. i have done 2 connection fro 4 and 2 connection prepaid. After that i have received bill on 7th April 22 that bill charges 4 connection amount. I have visited store for that they told me that they are not changing bill amount and they gave excuse that i have to change plans manually after connection change. I have also contacted with costumer care they also refused to change bill. I had tried to port but my upc code not generate so again they have excuse for that. Even i have changed my plan manually after that my 100gb+ data was changed to 40gb. Again i contacted to coustomer care again they gave me excuse that i have changed my plan with small changes so my data change as per their rules. Still i don't have paid bill which is 1649.90 next bill will be generate on 7th may at that time vi will stop my all services. I totally disappointed with vi service. Even they are not giving me proper data services after 10:30pm every day i face slow data speed.
