Vodafone — Bills complaints | |||
Dear Sir / madam, My no. is [protected], My Vodafone postpaid plan is 150 per month. In spite of that i have given the bill of INR 354/- When check with the toll free no. & also visited the gallery they informed that net pack has been activated but I don't understand how can internet start without our intimation. We have never given any request for the same. and if you check my bill record i will not used any internet data because i am not use any smart phone and also If you check my record i have hardly 3 to 4 call then why i will pay this. For around more than 15 to 20 times i have explained the scenario to your executive but still no revert so it is really painful to recite again everything. Regret to tell you that you are not at all customer friendly people.No wonder people are switching to other service provider. I will ready to pay my actual bill amt that means 150 + ST. I will not pay any charges for the same. so my request to you, kindly waive off or reverse my internet charges in my bill. I am waiting your reply. Meena Godse.
