[Resolved] Vodafone — Bills Issued without Service | |||
I use vodafone number [protected] and have had a credit limit of more than 3000 per month as its my business phone no . The services are disconnected and still I got a bill of 1300 rs which I am not willing to pay as the connection was even not there no incoming or no outgoing call. I have suffered so much loss because of call barring. Earlier I had done settlement of 4000 Rs with Vodafone to which Vodafone agent said he will get the services resumed, However, check got cleared and the services bounced back to barred and since then Im not able to use the services and unnecassirily getting Bills. After this I have contacted this agent so many times but never got any response his no is [protected] My contact no is [protected].
