Vodafone — Call barring service for wrong reason negative address verification

As per rules vodafone not my call barred because of i am mnp customer

I am mnp customer from idea to vodafone on 14th march 2016

vodafone company my call baring service on 23th march 2016 becuse of negative address verification

my complaint is No one your executive come at my home for address verification

Before 3 month i am used vodafone number on my current address and i have a 10 bill copy

i have also visit vodafone gurukul store and call to apllete office of ahmedabad but no one solved my problem

pls show my attach file inside before three month vodafone bill copy my perment address
