Sir/ ma'am This is to bring to your kind notice that we have several accounts in your bank at yes bank, ashok nagar, c - scheme but your employees are troubling us from last one year. They are constantly denying to take rs.10 coins from past four months without any valid reason. A few days back they even denied to take rs.10notes. Being a banking authority, how can they deny to take indian currency? Which law gives them the power to do the same? Mr. Amit gupta ([protected]), an employee of above-mentioned branch is constantly ignoring our calls. The last time he picked call, he rudely ignored the matter. He even warned us to close all our accounts from your bank he told us that no matter to which authority you complaint, we will not take a single 10rs coin. Is this the kind of customer service to expect from an esteemed bank like yours? We are deeply disappointed by the kind of services provided by your bank. We are pissed off of daily quarrels with your banking employees and are even ready to close all our accounts from your bank but we need time for the same.
