To: Hello, This is [phone number], a vodafone user(post paid) for more than 4 years! My vodafone plan has been changed without my confirmation! I received the text yesterday, and I have been trying to get to the customer support through calls ever since! But all my attempts have been futile so far. It is unfortunate and unexpected from an Organization like Vodafone! Please note, I'd never requested for a plan change and there fore under no circumstances I will pay for the extra amount.
