Hi,
I have been requesting Vodafone since last 15 days to change my circle from MH to Mumbai. I have visited a store in mumbai as well.
Store representative redirected me to Vasai store which is at a distance of 1.5hrs from MH home or corporatecare.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com.
After multiple emails from Vodafone corp email, I am just been asked to get NOC from my previous organisation on their letter head.
I have already raised it to them that I have left that company 8 yrs back. And the number is on my name not on company’s name. All the bills from very first cycle are paid by me. Company was never involved in getting this number.
Vodafone representatives either are not able to understand the issue or there is some automated systems keep replying same stuff again and again without any resolution for me.
They are not allowing me deactivate CUG service which I don’t require any more.

Apart from this I spoke to multiple people on customer care numbers and a store representative.
