Sir/Mam,
I'm Dimpy Tolani, A Manager of Indusind Bank and was subscribed to Vodafone postpaid Rs.149 plan on my Vodafone number ([protected]), but from last 2 months, Vodafone executives have changed my plan without informing me about the same, at last doubling my bill amount.
This is the worst service and experience one can receive from Vodafone, A brand that lacs of people believe. Moreover, all my employees are having the same plan but because of this poor service, we are planning to switch to other telecom brand (Airtel) resulting into almost our 2000 employees of Gujarat would be probably a great loss for a brand like Vodafone. The same shall also get viral on the internet with this complaint, requiring a complaince support. I would sincerely ask the concerned person to refund my bill and stop the uncessary services that gets started without informing.
