I had unintentionally migrated to a higher plan by mistake at the touch of a button. A month after a higher bill I had opted for change of plan to my old plan. That did not happen. Under the covid pandemic situation and being a senior citizen I was unable to personally visit vodafone store, .Very recently i had visited the store and got my plan changed to old one. In this process i had out of compulsion agreed for the charge of Rs.3000/I request that the charges may be waived though i will pay the bill on due date as
1.I feel that the charge is a very restrictive practice
2.My usage can be seen as very minimal
3.in the competitive industry this is forcing customers to opt out of the service provider already loosing customers to JIO,
