Vodafone — Charging amount without my consent

Dear Sir,

I am vodafone user ([protected])since last 7 years and i had recharged my number
for 01 year.
Now i am getting message on my mobile that "Your request for English Seekho - 7 Days activation could not be processed due to insufficient balance".

Such unwanted VAS has exhausted my balance amount without my consent. I want that my amount must be refunded into my vodafone account and such VAS must be stopped immediately. I don't want any more such messages from service provider.
